I’m giving this cute little boutique a 4/5 star rating. It was my very 1st time in this establishment with the sole purpose to visit the visiting jeweler there for a pop-up shop. After a wonderful experience she encouraged me to shop the store and reminded me that “everything” in store is 20%off. I browsed the sunglasses and immediately found a pair I’d fallen in love with. Next, satin lined hair ties were on my radar. The young teenage sales associate said the hair ties are not in the sale. Ok sure. Not a problem. I browsed the jewelry selection and found some cute hoops. The other sales associate asks her coworker and manager a much older white lady who seemed pleasant at first. All was fine until I inquired about their size range. I turned around to look at other items and immediately felt uncomfortable and here’s why. When I turned the two associates and the manager where laughing at my question and her response as if I could never wear anything in that store. I should have left everything at the register. Now I wish I had. I really hate when cute boutiques have nice merchandise and terrible customer service. I completed my purchase with minimal interaction with the staff because I know when I’m not welcome. Just a thought, it costs nothing to be kind and if you’d like to insult your customers, wait until they leave the store. Instead, I felt a bit defeated. I put shorts on hold and when I arrived I was told it was never put on hold and they didn't have this item. I was upset, but I assumed it was an honest mistake. The girl said they had them online, so I decided to order the shorts. Three days later, the manager called to say that since I never came to get my item on hold they were going to put it back on the floor. I said I was just in the store over the weekend and they didn't have my item. I asked if she would please waive my shipping costs since it was clearly their fault since they had the shorts for me in store, but told me they didn't. They said no and said that I shouldn't have ordered online if I didn't want to pay shipping. I can't believe this store cannot stand behind their mistakes and make an effort to make it right! Read moreI’ve shopped at other locations and always had a great experience. I’m not sure if the brand itself has gone downhill or it’s just this location. The quality of the clothing is very cheap for what you’re paying. They don’t have a return policy, only a 14 day window for store credit or exchanges - a policy that they do not tell you at checkout. They have a sign posted that is not obvious when you’re checking out, it’s off to the side of the registers, and very easy to miss. Don’t bother coming here if you want quality clothing, especially if you can’t afford to waste money considering...
