I went into the store today just a little after 5pm, and I had the most rude cashier that totally ruined my experience there . When I walked in there were no other patrons so the cashier clearly saw me walk in, but never once greeted me. Instead, she stared me down as I stood in front of the menu trying to decide what to have, and when I asked her about a couple of ingredients on the menu, she clearly wasn’t familiar with them and gave me a haphazard and vague answer. When I told her what I wanted, she punched it into the iPad and just stared at me, instead of telling me my total. She then walked away before I even finished paying and didn’t say a word. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had to be honest, and it is really unfortunate considering I frequent this place through Postmates usually. It’s honestly not even that difficult to make your customers feel appreciated, just a simple hello, smile, or even thank you would have sufficed. I am a person of principle so even though the smoothies here are delicious, one horrible customer service experience is enough for me to never even think twice about not visiting this...

I visited a few times. Let me just say that this place is not cheap. My first two visits I ordered the Warrior smoothie and it taste very good! I felt like it could be my favorite smoothie on the menu. The next time I visited I ordered the Warrior smoothie again and it tasted watered down and had no flavor. I wondered if the person who made it omitted an ingredient or something. I decided to give them another try. My last visit I dined inside and ordered an avocado toast with egg, a Warrior smoothie and the Matcha smoothie to try. My avocado toast looked good but the toast was overdone and hard. I could barely cut it with my knife. I notified the staff and they offered to remake it, I asked them to lightly toast my bread. They remade it and it was perfect. However both of my smoothies tasted bland and did not have much flavor. I was so disappointed yet again. I will not order any smoothies again. I have not tried the lattes yet. If I decide to visit again I may try a latte. This place lacks consistency with the food preparation. It has been hit or miss from...

Call me crazy, but if you order a Chicken Pesto wrap, shouldn't the wrap have SOME chicken in it? Your proud cross section cut should expose the best of your wrap containing clearly visible chicken with sufficient lettuce... However the wrap that I received was 95% lettuce, 3% crushed hopes and dreams and about 2% chicken. I understand that in order to keep food costs down, you can reduce the quantities of meat in your food, but this is taking it to another extreme.

Sadly, I wasn't the only one at our table impacted by this reduced meat meal. Two of us ordered the wrap, both wraps came out the same way, the other two ordered bowls which looked better.

If I had to choose whether to go back there again or not, at this time, I would avoid the place. Not only was the wrap nearly meatless, it was also extremely overpriced for what you get (especially with the lack of chicken). Thankfully, there are plenty of other healthy food options in Raleigh to quench...

Mediterranean salad is 75% lettuce and the pieces of lettuce are huge. Do I look like a rabbit to you? I can barely even eat this. Doesn’t even taste good and don’t waste your time on a wrap or any of their drinks. I know health foods are typically expensive but at least make it worth the money. Super bland food all around. No seasoning. Food is trash and took forever from DoorDash. Apparently throwing 265 pieces of lettuce in a salad and wrap takes that long. Smh. Also just added a second pic of food to lettuce ratio.

Very good smoothie (Named grounded) Mushroom coffee iced later little bit too watery, but tasty. Vegan wrap was good, wish it was less dry, and believe it is possible to make it bigger. Hummus toast, really it is too expensive for just of one slice of bread and a spread of hummus Good branding and concept overall. Wish the smell of cleaning products was less strong inside,(but that means it is clean there!!) and music might be little louder.

I’ve been eating here for a couple of years now. I typically order online for pickup. I get the same few things. I’m not sure what was going on today, but my hummus was literally half the size it normally is. It barely fills up the bowl and you can see the bottom of the dish. There were 5 sad looking pieces of cucumber and olives and 8 chickpeas. NOT worth $12. I hope this doesn’t become a regular thing.
