Just a preface this review is for an individual not for the store location. Terrell P., was truly outstanding, he was very patient very honest and gave me quality feedback around my goals and objectives towards purchasing a new suit. I gave him my short term turnaround window, and he explained the details in depth, and there were no hidden fees at the end of the day. During my encounter, Terrell did have to multitask to ensure the satisfaction of other customers as they came in, and was able to rectify an error on the part of the store via a conversation with another customer. However, as a business professional, I can respect the necessity of addressing customer complaints as they come in. This had minimal impact on my experience with Terrell. Also had a great interaction with the seamstress who was able to take measurements, provide a reasonable timeline and collaborate effectively Terrell to ensure my customer satisfaction. With regard to the store quality and organization it was subpar. Lacked organization in various areas and stocking couldâve been performed a little better.    Read moreI recently visited Jos. A. Bank on June 20, 2025, at approximately 4:25 PM. During my visit, I had the opportunity to browse the store for around 20 minutes, but unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory.
While the store had a variety of selections, I noticed that none of the four employees on duty acknowledged my presence or offered assistance during my time in the store. At approximately 4:40 PM, another couple entered and was greeted warmly by an employee, which highlighted the lack of attentiveness towards my visit.
After initially planning to leave, I decided to address my experience with the employees. I approached them to share my feelings about not being greeted or assisted. One employee did apologize, indicating that it was not his intention to overlook me. However, the rest of the team did not engage with my feedback, and one employee, whom I believe is named Charlie, did not acknowledge my concerns at all (and looked the other way).

   Read moreWhat a great experience! From the moment we walked in the door, we were taken care of. My boyfriend needed a suit, sports coat, slacks, shoes etc. etc. for a wedding weekend. The wedding date was pushed up at the last minute, so we needed the clothes tailored in less than a week. We knew this was a BIG ask, but the staff didnât skip a beat. They checked the schedule and worked us in to have the clothes ready by the Thursday before the wedding celebrations began on Friday. (They were actually done a day early). David worked with us from start to finish. He made sure my boyfriend had the proper fit and look. He had a ton of patience explaining everything to us and picking out the items based upon our needs. We would have been totally lost without him! He pulled out options and gladly let us pick amongst his selections, even though it probably created extra work for them to put back what we didnât choose. Bottom line: David made sure we were happy. That meant a lot to us! The clothes fit great at the wedding, and my boyfriend got a lot of compliments! I highly suggest visiting this location for your menswear needs....
