Purchased 3 lovely dresses online, 2 which unfortunately were too big. Received a receipt with my package that said all items were FiNAL SALE. The return/exchange policy says sale items are final sale. These were not sale items, they were purchased with a Mother’s Day discount code. When I checked out online and then even examined my order confirmation, there was NO mention of these items being final sale. I called the store to explain the situation and my confusion due to the lack of transparency with the return/exchange policy and the associate basically said, “tough luck.” I am a loyal customer to multiple Monkees stores but this will be my last transaction with Raleigh. Try to support local always but should have tried these numbers...

Purchases a pair of sunglasses online. When they arrived, they were covered in a gritty powder with a scratch on the lens. Multiple messages to customer service and no response. Message through their contact form and no response. Filed a chargeback with my card company and magically, a human responded who suggested the shipping carrier caused the damage. Shipping carried scratched a lens and got the sunglasses dirty? Still no resolution from Monkees of Raleigh. Would not order with this disjointed...
