Cute little shop with unique (and expensive) greeting card, gift bag, wrapping paper, and other paper goods and nick nacks.

I went to get a gift wrapped after finding them on Google. You do have to buy your wrapping paper and ribbon from them in order to get a gift wrapped. You can't just pay for the wrapping service as I understand it.

There is fancy paper, which is sold by the sheet, and regular rolls of wrapping paper to choose from.

$8 for wrapping + 1 sheet of wrapping paper + 1 roll of ribbon was about $22. I subsequently bought two small greeting cards for $16.

The wrapping on the gift was perfect. The ribbon; however, fell off as soon as I got in the car. Good thing I had to purchase a whole roll... I just redid the ribbon myself. Then I bought a bow (at another store) to enhance the wrapping because the ribbon I chose wasn't making the package "pop." Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

The single wrapping paper is too pricey in my opinion. $8 for 1 sheet & that’s not even the selection from the most expensive section.

On top of that I found one that I absolutely loved but it was creased in multiple places & was the last one. I asked if I could have it discounted because of its condition. The associates face was already telling but she asked the manager anyways.

The manager never even came to the front to tell me herself that the answer was a flat out no. So my 1 star review is really because the manager is a b…. Anywho I will be contacting corporate because I feel that was handled incorrectly, even if they couldn’t do it she could’ve came out & explained instead of hiding away in her office. That doesn’t show strong leadership when forcing your employees to pass messages.

Charming shop with absolutely lovely staff. Fine papers, tissue papers, wrap papers, poster papers by the sheet or by roll, lots of cards, writing sets, letter sets, pens, gift items, all great quality, with labels like made in the USA, in Britain, in Japan, with real specialties like Paddington Bear letter paper or British Museum collection flower cards or a Japanese made beginning calligraphy kit.
