Restoration Hardware — Local services in Raleigh

This review pertains to the restaurant and bar on the rooftop. I have not shopped at this RH location.

Pros: The environment is absolutely stunning. It’s brand new, clean and well laid out with plenty of places to have a quiet conversation. The details are lovely, truly showcasing their products.

Cons: Service, food, pricing. The host was a bit aloof and the server was kind but really slow.

The food. My gosh. I know it’s a new restaurant perhaps still working out kinks, but at this price point ($50 steak, $20 fries, $30 sandwich) I’d expect more.

Caesar salad was dry and mediocre at best. Club sandwich had dark meat/rubbery chicken and lacked flavor. I’d rather have McDonald’s fries and the burger was served dangerously rare.

For this caliber of restaurant and overall experience, I’d love for the food to be higher quality.
