Uniquities at North Hills is one of my favorite shops. Uniquities has great clothes, shoes and jewelry for any occasion. My daughter and I have been very happy customers for over ten years. One of the main reasons we continue to shop at Uniquities is the manager Catherine Allran.
Catherine is awesome !!! She has always taken great care of me when I shop. She graciously spends her time helping me put together just the right outfit, suggesting pieces to add to things I already have and even patiently fitting me in jeans. Catherine really does care about her customers. She provides excellent advice as well as wonderful customer service. She texts pictures of suggestions, helps gently eliminate those things that don’t really look great on me or my daughter, gets the right size from the other stores and even helps pick out great presents for my daughter and friends. Read moreWe absolutely LOVE the Uiquities in North Hills! Stacey and her girls kill it EVERY time. We travel from Greenville NC and as a mom of two teenage girls shopping can sometimes be stressful. However, Stacey and the crew fully take over and help make it such a cool experience! We get treated like queens and have so much fun doing mini fashion shows (dancing and singing at times too- hehe). Stacey has sent text messages- checking in and has even sent "extras" (encouraging notes and a bracelet) for the girls for their 1st day back to school). We love it there and will continue to go back because of the customer service first and cool clothes/shoes/jewelry/etc. second. I ordered a white cropped blouse from them and when it arrived I emailed them to inform them that they sent me the wrong size. I received no response so I sent them a second email. Finally I got a "text" back asking me to ship it back and requesting me to pay for the return label. I was very firm that I would not pay for their shipping error. They agreed to a full refund. Now that they have the item back they are claiming they did send me the correct size. They are also accusing me of being a liar. Do you really want to deal with a company like this?
