Terrible customer service.
I visited this store on the afternoon of September 22nd 2024. The three sales reps were all based at the cash register having their own conversation and ignoring customers.
My first encounter with them was being told to find my own changing room. After entering the changing room and asking one of the customer reps for a different size for a pair of cream colored slacks one sales rep acknowledged my request, however to my utter dismay she promptly returned to her conversation with the other two employees.
After I stood in the waiting room for 10 more minutes while they carried on their conversation, I opted to leave as it was clear she had no intention of helping with my request.
This was an absolutely terrible experience. My recommendations would be to invest in staff training so that customers feel welcomed in the store. Training should also emphasize employees keeping their personal conversations to a minimum while customers are in store and instead encouraging employees to prioritize their customers’ needs.
My advice to others would be to avoid this particular location at Crabtree Mall— if you are seeking great customer service to accompany the high end clothing that is marketed by the WhiteHouse Black Market brand, this is not...

My sister went to exchange a belt and was treated like trash. The service person continues to troll her from a burner Instagram account. This won’t be the last they hear from us as we seek other remedies to ensure accountability.
In the photos below are the two staff people, who were both very condescending. The white service attendant mocked my sister, loudly whispered that she has “only” spent $1,000 there, and accused her of being an OnlyFans model, which is completely untrue.
People should avoid this place until the company demonstrates an understanding of how sensitive these issues are. Both staff members should be retrained on cultural sensitivity, and a public apology should be issued by the individuals and the company. The "horse whisperer" should be fired...

I called her a couple of days later asking for another pair exactly like the ones I had gotten, but they had become sold out online. She then checked stores in the area and they were sold out as well. She then began looking all over and found me a pair in Pennsylvania and gave them my information. They quickly called me and shipped the pants to my house. WHBM in Crabtree is extremely professional and you can tell they really will go out of their way to satisfy their customers. 10/10 EXCELLENT...
