Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Ramsey

Service here was absolutely abysmal. I've had quicker service at sit down restaurants than in the drive thru. You'd think with the 20 something minutes they took that maybe the food would be hot, but no. I got White Hot Ranch Nacho Fries and the fries were soggy and cold as if they had sat un warmed for hours. There were also only like 4 shriveled pieces of old steak on them, and it was absolutely disgusting. On the bright side, they were absolutely loaded with tomatoes, although I ordered them without.(It showed no tomatoes on the board, so this wasn't the fault of the person who actually took my order.) Lastly, this is an absolutely terrible franchise when it comes to pricing. Franchises get a choice in how much they charge, and this particular location charges double what most do for "Value" Menu items. It's a Taco Bell/KFC so you know what you are getting, so I give the food 4 stars in the sense that they do what Taco Bell does the way you expect it.

It is absolutely the slowest drive thru of any fast food place I have ever gone to. This is especially true if you go later in the evening. Meaning, with 3-4 cars ahead of me, I've waited 45 minutes trapped in the drive thru line. Last time I went there were 2 cars ahead of me and it took over 20 minutes to get thru the line. And then it's probably 50/50 if the order will be correct.

It's the only Taco Bell in my area so I keep coming back, but way less than I would because I can't be sure how much of my time...

This was by far one of the worst customer experiences I've had in a while. The cashier assumed all of the items we were ordering was meals when we wanted just one cravings box and a single crunch wrap on the side with an item from the value menu. It was a problem when we asked about the bill when it was over priced for what we asked. Do not get the chicken Chipotle melt, it was not filled and when we asked about the quality of the item the employee told us thats what we get. It was not worth the money. None of the meal was filled with the right amount of food. Thank goodness I like...
