Macy's — Local services in Rancho Cucamonga

I bought a chair from Macy's online but needed to return it. It didn't work out to return it by mail, so I took it to Macy's at Victoria Gardens where "Mz. V." was quick to understand what needed to be done and facilitated our return. However, this item was from a third party seller, and I didn't hear anything about a return from them during the next three weeks, so I returned to the store. I described the lady who had helped me to the woman working in customer service. She contacted Mz. V. who came out, remembered helping us and worked on obtaining my refund. So the Macys for men, in Victoria Gardens is a great store, we was able to find everything we were looking for. We needed a suit for an upcoming wedding and my husband had his heart set on this navy with a light hardly notice plaid pattern. Matching a good shirt and tie under was hard. Ayar or Ayer assisted us, now I know I am spelling his name wrong but he was a tall handsome man, with just a very slight accent. He was able to get my husband suited up nicely. That makes a difference, customer service has went down since covid, but, this guy was amazing. I hope he gets recognized for his great ability. I would recommend this location for a suit, for your next event. It was not crazy expensive either....

I was shopping for men's fragrance. We had a horrible experience with Crystal. Crystal was supposed to help us check out. We had already asked the other vendor lady for gift wraping and samples. During check out, we asked Crystal if she can wrap the fragrance, and she says they were out. Meanwhile, another worker is wrapping another fragrance. We asked her for the samples she said they were out, immediately after giving the customer before us a bunch of samples.
