As a Restauranteur Business owner and Chef for over 25 years, I can professionally say that this place is Not only over rated, overpriced, poorly run by inexperienced staff but most importantly quality of food here is horrible The cook (named Chuy) behind the crepe machine and grill was poorly groomed and not wearing sanitary hand gloves while touching the food. When I brought it to his & staff's attention, they just made faces and did nothing about it until I politely asked him to please use gloves when making my order. I kept a close eye on him while preparing my order just to make sure he didn't spit on it, lol. My professional opinion is that these franchise places are too busy concentrating on opening more stores than they can handle to make sure they're operating and running professionally. Greedy owners who are making poor decisions. The crepes and coffees made were very bland, flavorless and tasted horrible. Way overpriced for the quality of food they prepared. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone and please read and take all the negative reviews seriously or be prepared to suffer the worst experience ever as we did. You're better off going to a neighborhood Donut shop instead of any of these Crepes de...
Read moreOur first and last time for Crepes at this location. Unsanitary service, cooking practices.
We ordered a coffee, cappuccino, and sweet crepe. It took an inordinate amount of time to have our order completed. After an extended wait, I had to ask when would we receive our order. The coffee was not good and I received something closer to a coffee latte than a cappuccino. The crepe was ok. I watched the staff grab our plastic utensils at the eating surfaces with ungloved hands and bring to us. I asked for replacements and the staff put on gloves to get the replacements. I then watched one of the staff prepping serving utensils by picking at her face, again ungloved, then placing metal forks onto a napkin by pressing her fingers on the front face of the fork tines into the napkin and then rolling the napkins around the utensil. That was enough for me. This was the same employee who had gone in and out of the main door to serve outdoor customers while touching the door handle that who knows how many people used without sanitizing her hands before rolling forks into...
Read moreI used to love this place but hadn't been in a while so decided to eat here Sunday morning w/my family. Website says they open at 9:30 so we're there at 9:15...9:30 rolls around and the lady tells us through the window to come back at 10:00. We wait 30 more minutes to come back at 10 and they still don't open. Then they let another employee in the door at 10:05 and lock the doors again. There is now a small group of people gathered and the doors still don't open, with zero communication as to why. I noticed a jar of strawberry jelly that had been left out on the counter "directly in the sun" with a spoon in it for at least 40 minutes; I assume it was there longer. Ultimately, we and a couple others decided to leave and I most likely won't be going back. Hope everyone else has a...
