Tecovas — Local services in Rancho Cucamonga

My son has been wanting a pair of these boots for a while. He was home for spring break, so we decide to surprise him and take him to the Rancho Cucamonga store to have him "try on" his aspiring pair and surprise him with his early birthday present. We have never been in store before. I will say, walking in, the smell of leather was spectacular. I noticed a bar to my left, with 2 of my favorite Spirits; Bullet and LaLo. We walked around, we were greeted, my son right away saw his boots and he tried on 2 styles, and 2 sizes to ensure the perfect fit. They did not have his boot in store, so they had him fill out the info, we ordered them to be shipped to his residence etc. we had a nice conversation about this being his/our first time in tecovas etc. Then we were on our mary way. Fast forward 3 days and multiple messages for text updates of when his boots would arrive, for them to finally show up today. (Fast honestly) However, the boots received were disappointing. The welting was terrible. Missed holes. We told our son to call and share what showed up, and I know they will be exchanged. But I have to say listening to my husband watch Rose Anvil as I get ready for bed, pissed me off. In my mind I revisited going into the Tecovas store for the first time, where I was ready to not only purchase boots for my son... But purchase Ropers for my husband, and a purse that I was admiring, as well as the Yeti cups at the bar. I realized not once were we offered a pour, even when I asked the pricing of the cups... Honestly I'm not sure if I want my kid to get another pair of tecovas or go with another truly handmade boot... We were in on a Thursday... Not really a busy day to not give first timers a...

From the moment you walk into Tecovas in Rancho Cucamonga, you feel welcomed, not just as a customer, but as a human being. The respect, kindness, and genuine hospitality are felt immediately, regardless of the color of your skin. My husband and I came in to try boots, and let me just say…the quality is unmatched. The leather feels amazing, the craftsmanship is top-tier, and best of all no break-in needed. They’re comfortable right out of the box!

We tried on about five pairs each (some just for fun), and not once did we feel rushed or judged. I wish I remembered our sales associate’s name because she was truly incredible, warm, patient, and encouraging the whole way through. At one point, I told her I probably wouldn’t wear a certain style but they looked so good, and she gently said, “Just give them a try” and I’m glad I did!

To top it all off, they offer complimentary cocktails to make the shopping experience even more enjoyable. Honestly, it felt more like a luxury experience than just shopping for boots. We walked out with exactly what we wanted, and a memory of being treated with genuine care.

The Saturday before Xmas I went in during the holiday rush for an exchange. Ordered online and boots didn’t fit. I called in Friday and they held two boots for me. I made it to the store when it opened. First time in a tecovas store. At least a dozen people always in the store and 4 or 5 employees. It was a melting pot of people. I thought it was really cool that something like boots was the common factor that brought us together. Return was easy and fast. Then another employee grabbed the boots that were on hold for me. While waiting I was asked if I was already help or wanted a drink. I found the rights boots and they brought them to the front for me. The area to try on boots is nice. Well decorated, plenty of seating and spacious. After as I almost walked out I saw them branding a pair of boots. The employee informed me that it was a complimentary service and if I was ok waiting since she had three people in line. I came back after an hour and they put my initials on.

I was so happy with my visit. I would definitely come back...
