Five Below — Local services in Ranson

The staff is phenomenal and the store is super clean. But whoever designed the check out process was not considering either their employees or the customers. It's designed for self check out, but they are making the associates check people out. Which makes it awkward for the customer to just stand right there and feel like your in the way, and not considerate of the employees backs as they have to weirdly lean down and collect everything. It also leaves nowhere for customers stuff to sit, if you have a slightly larger order.

Overall it was a good experience, I just forsee it being a nightmare for everyone involved...
