If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My fiancé and I arrived at Panera and waited for someone to take our order for about 5 mins. Finally the girl took our order and upon ordering he asked the girl if they had bread bowls because the previous visit they didn’t so he made sure to ask this time which she said yes but only a few bur by the time we got our order taken someone took the last ones. Which is like ok. We wait for our order and we see they are a little more busier then usual which is good for their business but after we got our food the girl told us we could get our pastry over by the counter which has a line out the door which made us feel bad because we didn’t wanna bother the workers or the other people there trying to get their order taken. Well my fiancé was waiting there you know hoping the manager that was standing there doing nothing would get the pastry but no she just screams “I’m leaving” and walks out. Very rude and unprofessional. What kind of manager just leaves without helping their employees but also leaving customers there without any help. I work in a environment where I have to help customers as well and I’m no manager but I’ll tell you this I would NEVER leave a customer or my fellow coworkers there to struggle I wouldn’t leave until I have helped every customer and my...
Read moreThis Panera bread must be requiring “sinner” as one of the job qualifications. My husband and I went to this location today after a lovely service (courtesy of Pastor Dave) and I had been given a bad taste in my mouth before I even took one bite of the food. The Cashier was a young woman in her early 20s. You could clearly tell that this woman’s side gig was only fans or another site of the likes. She was wearing a horrifically provocative top, most likely from hollister or one of those trendy teen brands, and makeup that made her appear as if she’d filmed one of her only fans videos before her shift this afternoon. She was EXTREMELY flirtatious with my husband and seemingly asked him every question she could think of, but couldn’t even be bothered to ask if I was a panera rewards member. Then, after she bent over to get the cups, her shirt came down to reveal an arial view of her bosom as if she was a stripper putting on a little show. My husband was appalled. I saw him snap a photograph to which I ASSURE you, he will be emailing to corporate. Besides that, food was mediocre and I was given a single piece of pale chicken in my salad. Panera, we are deeply disappointed in the experience we had today. Please incorporate meetings with your employees about dress code policy and the seven deadly sins,...
Read moreI love the food here, but at this point I just feel scammed by Panera. Panera seems to have lost its value. They were out of almost all of the specialty soups except for non protein soups and chicken noodle so options were limited. It’s the middle of winter, you need to have enough soup stocked up. The pick 2 cup option for soup was more expensive than the normal cup of soup option of the same kind. Doesn’t really make any sense to me, I thought we were supposed to be getting a deal with that. Dining area could definitely use a deep cleaning. All corners and ridges on serving counter have stuff and crumbs on them and the furniture is visibly well worn. The lady serving my soup loudly reminded everyone in the kitchen, “when y’all are making broccoli soup, make sure you pull from the one in the back” … so basically that loudly tells me I’m not getting the freshest soup that could be served to me. I know how restaurants work, first in/first out yada yada, but don’t make it so obvious to the customer that, yeah, there’s definitely fresher soup, but you’re not getting it. I just expect more out of a place that is so expensive now. However, I am excited for the food itself that I’m about...
