$70 for a USED PS5 controller that was BROKEN is absolutely ridiculous. I ended up trading it in and buying a new controller for $80.. (Amazon sells them new for $70) (I bet the person that traded his controller in got about $5-$10 for it, then GameStop tries to sell it for full price ($70).. absolute scummy behavior. Never go to a GameStop, they will rip you off. Buy Online

This is a nicely run location that is fair-sized with a plentiful stock. Most current gen games that an up-to-date gamer would recognize are almost always stocked. The prices are typical of other stores, in addition to trade-ins. Sometimes an interesting find can be discovered when browsing collections from the previous generation, but the store's inventory for these titles have lessened considerably, just within the last year alone. The staff is friendly while letting customers browse on their own, but will answer questions and concerns...

My experience between here and another local store here ensured it was the last time im doing business with them. Lack of knowledge within their own store or company policy. No customer service help through their regulated channels. Selling used games as new in the online store then charging shipping on replacements (to a store?) when its company error.
