$70 for a USED PS5 controller that was BROKEN is absolutely ridiculous. I ended up trading it in and buying a new controller for $80.. My experience between here and another local store here ensured it was the last time im doing business with them. Lack of knowledge within their own store or company policy. No customer service help through their regulated channels. Selling used games as new in the online store then charging shipping on replacements (to a store?) when its company error.
