Would give this place no stars if I could. To start with I waited a month and a half for a three piece sectional i purchased with Kevin back in July. He stated the furniture would be delivered by the beginning of august but it did not arrive till September. By the time it arrived one of the movers complained about having a hurt arm and asking if I can help do the job I paid him to do since I’ve had a recent shoulder surgery, the movers planned on removing the legs so it can fit through the door easier but the screws were broken. Keep in mind we paid for this thing in full at time of purchase, paid extra to have it delivered to my home and installed, and it comes straight out the factory with broken hardware. (One screw being stripped and the other having a literal chunk of Allen wrench stuck in the screw.) when I called Kevin to discuss my complaint and what we should do as far as either swapping this one out or getting a refund and what the process would be like. All Kevin had to say was “yeah let’s refund everything because I’m f—king tired of hearing you.” I went to go pick up my 2,000 refund following Kevin wasting my time and being disrespectful. The customer service is horrendous. And I would not recommend a place that insists you take furniture with messed up hardware then blow up on customers. I wanted a refund, Brady issued it. 7 hours later I get a call saying that they processed the refund incorrectly (when he was in my account and had to see how I paid) and had to charge my card again, then will see another refund, well, when he did that it put my bank account into a negative balance.
Went in to look at some sleeper sofas, the one I decided on was told that it would be middle of September, which I was fine with (even though there was one I liked better at Slumberland, but would be early December before it would arrive), so I purchased this particular one. I called beginning of September for an update and was told would be middle of November now (they have the arms to it, just not the main sitting/sleeping part). Now I called almost to middle of November, and the gentleman told me that the guy I talked to last said wouldn't be until the end of November. I feel I would remember him telling me that, as I was already upset that it was going to be a couple months later than was told when I made the purchase. His Non verbal body language screamed that he obviously didn't want to sale any furniture that day. I found exactly what I wanted in a few minutes. He then advised me that they keep NOTHING in stock. My order would take 2 weeks. I asked if I could have the floor model. He said I will have to ask his Manager. He returned to say No. I asked how he possibly made money like that. If I sold cars like he sells furniture I would have been poor. I called to find out if my stuff arrived and he said I was just going to call you.(Lie) I had to go pick it up. Then he told me the piers of my entertainment center was crushed in transport. It would take another 2 weeks. I called yesterday and a professional salesman named Tim said yes they had been there but my Salesman was off for several days. To add insult to injury John shrugged his shoulders at me when I was asking him questions. That is so respectful. I had a very bad experience. I planned on buying some other things but passed.
