Just wanted to leave my review. Been in the 510 shop 2 days in a row and I could not have asked for better service. 1st day had a very helpful gentleman who verified over the phone they had the coils in stock that I needed. Got em and they're perfect. Went in today because I bought a mod, which was not from their store, but I was having trouble with it leaking. The same person and another gentleman both guessed exactly what my issue was and guessed correctly! I had no idea different juices would solve this issue simply and immediately but they taught me useful information. I don't know their names otherwise I would credit them directly but they know who they are and I appreciate the help! And by the way their service has definitely earned my business for any and all future purchases. Value your good employees! They are always worth it....

Google just asked if I know this place and this is how unhappy I was: it's been a few months and I'm still kind of mad about my visit. There were two guys working last time I came in and one was extremely rude and the other tried really hard to win me back because of the way the other guy talked to me. I came in because I bought something and it almost right away stopped working so it said I had 30 days to exchange it. Well I was told it was my fault and I could buy another one or come back when the owners were there but good luck. I tried to figure out why it was my fault but I'm still not sure if he even knew. So I bought another one with a special charger block to protect it... it doesn't work anymore but I guess it lasted a little longer than the first one so... it was a wonderful experience all in all, thanks for...

I came in knowing absolutely nothing about vaping or where to begin but wanting to get away from cigarettes and she was incredibly helpful.
