Wow!!!  Excellent customer service!!!  I needed to get my engagement ring sized, and after shopping around I went to Anderson's.  They not only had the best price, but also the friendliest and most helpful staff.  When I went back to the store, I was fortunate enough to be helped by the owner, Theresa.  She was so awesome!  She was very knowledgeable and helpful.  She had Steve, the jeweler, cut my ring while I was there to custom fit it to my finger.  After learning I was newly engaged, she told me she would have my ring done by the next day!  I told her I was leaving town that evening and wouldn't be able to pick it up the next day, then she asked me what time I was leaving and told me she'd have it done before I left town!  About an hour and a half later my ring was finished and I was able to pick it up, and it fit perfectly!  I certainly had not expected to be wearing my ring that same day.  Steve and Theresa went above and beyond and I will definitely use their services in the future!  Highly...

I went to Anderson's Fine Jewelry today to have a battery replaced in a diver's watch that I bought in the late '90s. The gentleman who helped me said he could replace the battery in a matter of minutes, at a very reasonable price, while I waited. I agreed. He took the watch into his workspace and returned moments later. Unfortunately, the watch didn't run when the battery was replaced. He told me that they no longer repaired the movement of watches on site, but he recommended another watch repair service provider in town. I accepted his recommendation gratefully and asked what the charge was for his efforts. He responded by saying that his efforts to fix the watch didn't work so there was no charge. What a gracious gesture! When I am in need of their services again, Anderson's Fine Jewelry will be my first stop and I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone in...

It was wonderful they r so nice they took very good care of my rings an fixed them an the price was nice we like them an we will keep them as our jeweler's ty I'm so so happy w my rings an it's been two weeks there still shinny an prettyi retract my statement they r the worst jewelry store they took a size out of my ring it was size 8 they used that for 14 prongs on my ring then charged me $30 each came to $450 then shaved my bands thin when got it back I could not get it on they said rings shrink w 3 bands put together so we have to resize it another $100 then said it was 8, an a quarter well it's not I sized it another jewler it's same size I gave them they lie cheat an still from u an in the end it cost me $718 plus he scratched up my bands plus it don't look like he did all 24 prongs w my own gold he took from my rings there...
