The customer service I received was excellent. Well, technically I'm not a customer...yet.

4/5 is because I own cats and some services are not provided for cats here, at the time of this review.

Otherwise, I was able to ask questions over the phone, and receive knowledgeable and sincere information and tips on how to groom a notoriously difficult breed of cat. These fluffy cats often need a sanitary shave because of their fluffy posterior. I was advised that hair cuts are not a service for cats that is provided here. They will bath, and trims (nails).

My intention was to learn how to get a Mainecoone to stay still long enough for me to groom it (I haven't quite given up, and sent kitties to the groomer, for the groomers sake and sanity!) Because the cats want to attack the brush or just get up and leave. The staff member I talked with was able to give me information of tools and gear to use or assist it my own grooming attempts, which is incredibly valuable because the things I already bought, like a certain harness, are designed poorly...so having a groomers helpful tips was much appreciated! If I can work with my cats to where they will be at least partially comfortable being groomed, I know who I would call to get the job done for me in the future!

The only reason I have not asked them for grooming service (for my cat, LOL) is because the cats will be very difficult, very young cats, and I want them to become accustomed to grooming before i send them to a professional.

I have no doubt the Paw Spa is a professional salon and am looking forward to sending my cats there in the future. Although it sounds like I'll have to give them the sanitary...

Oh my goodness! What a delight are Sarah and her groomers. I took my super hairy German Shepherd for a bath and deshedding and Sarah did a FABULOUS job!!! My dog looks so pretty. I love seeing how kind all of the groomers are to their clients. When I was leaving, another groomer was helping an elderly man get his dogs into his truck. She was patient and kind. When I dropped my dog off, I had seen this groomer caring for this elderly man's dog. The dog was blind but she spoke sweetly to the dog as she groomed him. I was totally impressed with Sarah and her other groomer. What a breath of fresh air to have these wonderful women caring for our dogs. I will be back...

Sarah at The Paw Spa & Salon does an amazing job! We have been taking our goldendoodle, Ladybird, to Sarah for grooming for over a year now. Ladybird loves Sarah and is always happy to go to her regular appointments. When Ladybird realizes we are walking into the salon she starts prancing and hopping out of excitement. Sarah always is consistent and always does a great job - Ladybird has never had a bad haircut and is always so pretty and smells so good after her appointments.

It feels really great knowing Ladybird is in good hands when we drop her off for her grooming appointments. I highly recommend taking your pets to The Paw...
