Here is the truth about this place... Stuck up horrible people who think is ok to judge you. After being ignored for 5 mins my wife and I asked to see a loose diamond. The lady behind the counter tells me " I'm sorry there is too many people in the mall to pull that out." I laugh and smile and say to her "that is funny because the diamond on my wife's hand is worth 5 times that and she is walking around the mall with it on." They lady then says " oh really?" I explain to her the the diamond my wife has is a vvs1.The lady insist I let her look... I let her see ... Oh!! She exclaimed. This is a vvs1 ... No sh*t lady! Because I am younger and have a ball cap on I apparently have no clue what I spent 20k on??? Am I not worthy of shopping in your janky store that, doesn't even have a upgrade to my wife's diamond in stock?? Not only that you can't even let me look at a lesser stone? Never going back to this place and if you have any self respect you will save yourself some time and never even step foot in this dump. Judging people is wrong and in sales it's down right stupid. We bought our engagement ring from Devon's in Redding and the man who sold it to us lied about the quality of the ring. We were told it was white gold and it wasn't, it was some cheap mix of metals. Also we were never told about the extra insurance that we had to buy when we bought the ring. They sized me wrong. I had to go back to have it sized and when I brought it back in it had already lost a diamond. I asked to return the ring because we were lied to about the quality and the told me I couldn't return it. I was so upset by this I couldnt even eat for a day. Extremely unhappy with the service. I would not recommend this place to anybody. How ever we replaced the cheap ring with a much better one at Sears jewelry store and I am much happier with my Sears experience. Do not go to Devons they will rip you off. I only give them a star because it wouldn't let me...

Kalea and Jon are Really helpful They always make our visit pleasant. But unfortunately there is a redhead I'm assuming she's a manager (I'm sorry I don't remember her name)She always has attitude and is just rude.
