Totally Tea — Restaurant in Redding

I’m finally leaving a review for this awful place. The drinks alone aren’t bad but that’s only IF you can get service, because most of the time there is never anyone there. My first issue with the employees was a couple weeks ago with this one female worker, who unfortunately still works there. She was sitting in the back on her phone and I had asked if they were open when she rolled her eyes and said yeah and was rude the entire time and after my order she went back on her phone. When I walked by as I was leaving no one was even there. I went in again last week and this time different girl but also sitting on her phone and then I saw her hit her vape!!! I didn’t bother ordering from there I just got something from the pretzel place. Does no one see these things?! Then, I went in yesterday afternoon and that was the LAST STRAW. This was the first time I’d ever seen more than one worker there and I thought things were turning around but i recognized one of the girls and it was the one I had problems with before but luckily the other worker took my order and then they were just talking the entire time using really foul language and I could literally not get out of there fast enough. I don’t get how this place is still open. If you can avoid it, DONT GO!!! It’s already bad enough that there are only a few food/drink places in the mall. They aren’t making...

Was asked for a cash tip before even having our orders taken. Figured maybe the young gal needed The extra money for something so I threw my couple of dollars in change in the jar after ordering 3 drinks. My daughter realized right away she forgot to tell her that her drink was blended. So before she got started, we asked if she could make that 1 blended too, she told us no That's an additional 1$ charge, so I offered to pay the additional charge and she told us no that she had no way to ring us up for the additional charge confused by this as the drinks haven't been made yet and I'm offering her additional money, I said Would you mind blending it when you blend our other drinks? I was told no I can't I'm watched on camera by my boss like as if i was asking her to do something wrong after offering her additional money and tipping her per her cash tip request. We just took our drinks & left but Honestly I expected high prices and was willing to pay additional fees and asked before the drinks were made....What has happened to our customer service, there is some serious teaching and training thats needed at this facility in customer service and Honestly you lost 4 customers we will not be back not that I think this location cares about lost customers....

I was appalled by the service of one of the workers at this shop! I walked up to order my drink of choice, matcha milk tea with tapioca pearls and this worker asked if I wanted the signature drink. I had no idea what this was but before I got the chance to tell her I didn’t think this was the drink I ordered she interrupted me and asked if that was all then took my money. I waited for my drink for a while till one of the other workers asked me what I ordered and I replied by saying a match milk tea with tapioca pearls. A little bit later a couple more people came to get their drinks but I still hadn’t seen mine till the first worker came over to me and said that this was my drink pointing at a drink that looked nothing like what i had ordered. There was no attempt made to fix my drink or even ask if I wanted to order a different one, she just decided to be rude about the whole situation. I will be returning to this shop, however, I hope to never see her face working...
