When I was in the Redding Kohls store at the beginning of this madness over a year ago.. the dressing rooms were closed. I understood it then... But, there was not message at the entrance of the store to let you know this... I went in and spent over an hour picking things out to try on.... then I went to the dressing room... they were closed... so here I was with about 30 items to try on with no where to do so... I'm a 50 something woman and I NEVER buy clothes without trying them on... so here I was going to spend several hundred dollars at Kohls... you get the picture... I was in Penny's several months ago and guess what!? They had a designated dressing room open!... Today I called Kohls to see if they had rectified the dressing room Issue... guess what? After a year they still don't have a dressing room open.... I was again ready to spend several hundred dollars there, and again I'm unable to do so.... someone in management had better figure it out. Even if they have to post a special clerk to wipe down the dressing rooms after each customer! It would be less money to pay someone than all the money they are losing by not fixing...
Read moreThe reason for 1 star is the Kohl's Cash, how they have it set up, you could lose money for nothing instead of saving money, unless you are 100% sure you'll make no returns. if you make returns they'll deduct the Kohl's cash you used which means you didn't earn that Kohl's cash at all, which is correct if you were to keep the item that you have the Kohl's cash, but if you return everthing they will give you Kohl's cash from the money they deducted from your returns and you have 30 days to spend it or lose it. Example: you spend $50, and get $10 Kohl's cash. You spend the $10 Kohl's cash. You make a return on the $50 purchase they will deduct $10 as you didn't earn it, then you make a return that has the Kohl's cash $10, they will give $10 Kohl's cash, even you returned everything, which means your $10 they deducted turned into Kohl's cash, so you only get $40 back from the $50 you spent, so basically they take your own $10 turned into Kohl's cash, and that you have 30 days to spend or lose it, that's what I meant they could get your...
Read moreI went today to Kohl’s just to get a gift for my daughter. Monica helped me at the self service check out, and as I was on my way out. I asked if she seen this one item that I particularly came there for. She helped me look in the front seasonal section and then walked me to the back looking in the toy section. She found the upc through googling it online and searched the store inventory. It showed there was 3 in the store. She looked in the back for me, as this was our last chance to find it. As she came walking towards me …she has the item in her hands. It made my day! What a joy filled experience this was. If you’re looking for a specific item ask for her. She was amazing! God bless you! Not many people provide such great service like this! Thank you Monica. I really appreciate it! You made my day and my daughter’s...
