Alicia at Discount Appliances was not only extremely friendly and communicative, but she took the time to understand my needs without trying to oversell me. I needed an oven range with really limited funds, which seemed impossible everywhere else I went. As part of my job, I travel to various retailers and have access to 15+ appliance stores. I had priced out my range with almost all of them. Discount Appliances was hands-down the best! Alicia was able to not only find something within my budget, but she included expedited delivery and installation! Dave provided exceptional service during setup - he balanced the range perfectly, set the time, made sure I knew how to operate it, gave me all my paperwork, and even took away all the trash and cleaned up. Their prices are less than everybody else, and I was shocked at the value! When I shop, I shop things to death, and they were amazing in every way - from cost to friendliness to selection to delivery and installation. It was truly a white glove, red carpet experience from start to finish. After looking in the larger appliance stores for a refrigerator that was very hard to find in measurements, I thought I would check out discount appliances. When I first walked in, I did not see anything that was short enough on a refrigerator. Luckily, Alicia said she thinks she has one in the back. To my surprise, it was the perfect size. Purchasing it was a breeze, and she gave me a discount on top of the low price already on there. Quite a bit cheaper than the larger stores. Delivery was great. David and his helper did a great job getting it through my kitchen door. They had to take a door off my door frame, but they made it happen. They were also great with taking my old refrigerator. Very reasonable on delivery charge and taking the old one. I am beyond satisfied and happy with their service and hospitality and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an appliance. This is our second time doing business here, first time we bought a fridge and everything went great. We decided to do business here again and bought a stove. The stove was delivered but never unwrapped during delivery so we left it as is in our garage. We went to install and when we unwrapped just the top we noticed a huge crack going across the cook top which made the unit unusable. After going back and forth, the owner was able to offer us another unit at a very low price. I suggest to protect buyer and seller that a full inspection should be done and documented upon delivery, I am very thankful the owner worked with us and got us another unit. Would definitely do...
