Unfortunately you have to leave at least one star, but the store and its management deserve a zero...poor tailoring, poor customer service, poor communication, and poor leadership. I do not expect management or the owner to do anything except write a generic response of how sorry they are about my experience and hope to do better next time, as this is how they responded to other critiques. I write this to those who are considering Men's Wearhouse and suggest you find a different store all together. I bought my suit from Men's Wearhouse several years ago. Gained some weight and took it in this April to have it let out. There was no damage to the suit when I dropped it off. Two weeks later I went to pick it up. The tailor did a horrific job. The stitching was poorly done with the threading having long loose ends. On the left sleeve (pictured below) was a small hole. I brought it to the sales reps attention, Stephanie. I left the suit with her and she stated the store manager would be calling me. Never got a call back. Four months later, this past weekend (July 31st), my son was picking up a pair of pants that were tailored from here. I went with him to get my suit. Again Stephanie was there and attempted to help. She went in the back and she could not find my suit. After an hour of looking with other associates, Stephanie stated they would continue to look and the store manager (Stormie) would call me. Four days later (Thursday, Aug 4th), I get a call from Stephanie asking if the store manager had called me. They knew perfectly well the manager had not called me. Stephanie said she found my suit and they determined the small hole was created by a moth. She was checking the stitching and it would be ready for pick up today. I left work early to pick it up. I arrived and Stephanie got my suit. The suit was very wrinkled as if had been thrown in a pile. They had removed the long stitching thread and asked if I had tried it on. I said I had, but would not again because if I found anything else wrong, I would take it somewhere else to have it fixed. I was displeased with the service and the lack of respect the manager had for not trying to contact me. All she could do was apologize. The suit was perfectly fine when I dropped it off. The tailor and I looked over the suit when he was marking it up. He asked about the sleeves and if I was happy with the length. We both looked at them. There was no damage. When I got home, I looked over that sleeve with the hole in it and noticed two buttons were broken (see attached photo). Stephanie and Stormie, I guess moths like to eat buttons too? The buttons were not broken before I dropped it off, smh. Poor service, poor management, and poor customer service! No refund either for the poor tailoring.

Walking into Men’s Wearhouse, I was honestly nervous after reading reviews about people not being acknowledged. Sadly, that did happen to us at first—but then we were greeted by Clarence, and everything changed. 🥲 From the moment he came over, he made us feel seen, welcomed, and truly cared for. Clarence went above and beyond helping us pick out a full suit for my husband. He didn’t just grab random pieces—he actually listened to my husband’s western style, considered his personality, and made sure everything matched perfectly. Coat, vest, pants, shirt—he guided us through it all with so much patience and kindness. What really stood out was how genuine he was. He wasn’t just trying to make a sale—he made the experience comfortable and even meaningful for us, especially since this was for our son’s upcoming wedding. That added thoughtfulness and care is something we will never forget. At the end, Clarence gave us a hug and a heartfelt thank you, which meant the world to us. Walking in anxious, and walking out not only ready for the wedding but touched by his kindness, was something truly special. Clarence is an absolute gem, and Men’s Wearhouse is lucky to have him. If you go in, ask for Clarence—you won’t regret it!

I was with the father and his son that has an and is fighting an aggressive cancer. We had just left Loma Linda Hospital having done another round of Radiation after months of chemo. The decision to attend his Prom was not easy for a 17 year old, we were so excited, but that turned abruptly into a very negative encounter, when we asked Kourtney the store manager a simple question about a hat. She was not attending to any other customer at the time. Maybe it was the fact that she saw a bald Latin kid and made a judgement as to why we were treated so rudely, board line hostile, making demands and telling us to wait. We decided just to leave the store, when we requested a corp number from another employee we were give the store number. Not letting one person's attitude impact our quest for a suit, we drove all the way to Men's Wearhouse Temecula. Here we were treated with such respect by a youngmen Ismael. We enjoyed every moment as he made my friends son purchase of a suit a very meaningful and joyous experience. We ended up spending a little under $370 not including the tailoring of the suit. For this Ismael, we are thankful.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is my experience and I hope it helps anyone else looking to purchase from this particular location.

I made an appointment online to be helped find a suit for my husband. I made this appointment a couple days in advance. When we arrived it was fairly busy not crazy but a person was ahead of us. The person(Maria) that was assigned to help us for our appointment was running late. Not a problem, it happens. However when she did arrive her attitude was very much negative and unhelpful. The moment she walked up to us her first sentence was "this is all we have". We were in the slim fit section for my husband, we did not explain the occasion, nor did we get a chance to explain the color or style we were looking for. She just glanced at my husband and came off rude when she said it. We proceeded to explain to her that we did find a color we liked and that my husband wanted to try it on. She huffed and rolled her eyes to which she responded "are you sure? The suits here are expensive...". We were caught off guard at her comment. I did let her know that we came with the intention of buying a suit and that money wasn't a problem. She just looked at us like she didn't believe us. She than made a show of how much she did not want to help us; expecially when we started to ask about accessories and a shirt that would match the suit. She threw the items on the table at us, and kept making comments that even with her discount she could barely afford the suits and that she is surprised we could... She than began trying to tell us to go to a cheaper store in San Bernardino because it seemed more our budget. Again leaving myself and my husband shocked by her comments. We told her again that money isn't a problem but for whatever reason she kept those particular comments. At one point during our appointment, my husband was waiting for her by the mirror they have in the center of the store next to the dressing room while she grabbed a different color shirt, and she kept giving him this glare and gave the impression like he was going to run out with the suit or something. It was just becoming clearer by the second that she just did not want to help us.

I do want to state that we weren't even dressed "shady". We wore clean, neat summer clothes and flip flops.

So her assumptions about us felt really unnecessary, which was unfortunate because we loved the suit but felt so gas lighted by her that we decided to drive all the way to a different location in Rancho to purchase the same the suit we saw in this store.

I also want to clear up that she wasn't offering friendly advice about different stores. Her tone, her body language was very much "you can't afford this, go away" type deal.

I hope no one else has this kind of experience like we did, I definitely recommend everyone to stay away from the sales associate Maria and try anyone else but her and if that doesn't work the one in Rancho had much...

The store manager Stormi was very rude and impatient when I expressed my concerns during my son’s final fitting for his tuxedo rental. The jacket had a grease stain, the button up had two rips on it with red tape over them and the shoes weren’t the ones we ordered. The Jacket size was ordered was 2 sizes too big. I told Stormi we needed to size down and she replied “this is just a rental, we don’t alter rentals!!” (pretty much you get what you get attitude) when I asked for the manager she replied “I’m the store manager” with her nasty attitude. I asked her what are we supposed to do? She replied with “mmm” I don’t know what to tell you, it’s a rental! Stormi did not sympathize or seem apologetic for the issues that we encountered she just blamed everything on quality control, I understand some things are out of store level control but her customer service skills are horrendous. I also let her know that the shoes that we received were the wrong ones so she stormed off to the back, visibly annoyed with our interaction at this point. When she brought the correct shoes out I told her thank you and she ignored me and walked away 10 minutes pass and she’s nowhere to be found. Luckily we were greeted by Tim who was very helpful and knowledgeable he solved our problem by bringing my son out a slim fit jacket and modified the order for what we needed. An hour ordeal was corrected in less than five minutes with the help of Tim. Stormi’s attitude will put this place out of business if there’s no corrective action by the way she treats her customers. She shouldn’t make people feel less than because they’re only renting and not purchasing. I won’t be returning here if I have to deal with a store manager like Stormi. Thank you Tim for being so helpful 5 stars for you!! Corporate please...
