DO NOT GET REPAIRS HERE!! I brought in a jade and diamond engagement ring.... I ended up with a very damaged ring!

One of the prongs holding the jade had broken off. Ozels told me it would be one week for the repair but then a week later they delayed it to two weeks. I come in at the two week mark and guy in the back is feverishly finishing my ring. Around 20 minutes later he brought it out in a damp cloth because he had literally just completed it.

I was so excited just to have it back that I ran right out. Later that day, I notice the prongs aren't evenly spaced and one of the diamonds is sunken in. I bring it back and the jeweler tells me it was a poorly made ring and it can't be fixed. He was very very rude!! And why didn't he say something when I picked it up in the first place?!? Was he hoping I wouldn't notice?!?

I take my ring to another jeweler who explains how it can be fixed and shows me the discoloration in the metal of the repair where Ozel had overheated the metal.

I had high expectations of Ozel. But obviously it is only their own jewelry they care about. I'm still debating taking them to small claims court for the resulting repairs I now have...

I was in need of a battery for my watch, simple. Coming in the store I was greeted by this grand showroom. Very well laid out and bright. ESTER warmly greeted me and set me at ease right away. She took care of my watch and i looked at some new watches...I was not in the market for one today, but they treated me so well, like an old friend or family that I decided to put a beautiful one on layaway. They really do understand and give..(great customer service).this trip to their store was such a refreshing experience for me..her brother, I have forgotten his name was also a really nice person to do business with. We have been searching for a place / someone to pierce our baby girls ear for the past few months. My sister in law referred me over to Ozel. Prior to coming in, I did my research and seen soo many good reviews about Ozel and Esther. We finally made the move and took our baby girl in and let me tell you! 1.
