Took my clock into get repaired. After about a month I got a call to inform me of the additional cost to replace the front glass. I approved it and was told it would be about a week to a week and a half until it was done. I called back 2 weeks later and it wasn't done again I was told about a week and a half. Called back again it still wasn't done, told again about a week and a half. I let 3 months go by so we are now over 4 months and I walk into the store and want my clock back. They bring it out and it isn't repaired. The front glass bezzle wont close. It's missing a foot and the actual clock mechanism isn't repaired.

They call the clock repair man and I ask what happened to my clock. I brought it in for repair and it ends up broken even further then when I left it with them. I was told apparently someone picked up the clock and moved it and a foot fell off and they haven't been able to find a replacement. I ask why, and I'm told "he can't find one, it's an antique and they aren't just laying around". Plus he has been moving houses and office space and hasn't really had the time to look or spend time on my clock. When I brought up to him that he has had 4 months and has basically done nothing with the clock but break it, his repsonse is "sorry I just haven't had time".

I have taken it to another local clock repair shop where it's now going to cost me twice as much to repeair since this repair shop has to fix what he damaged and didn't fix to begin with. The attitude of this repairman was very unconcerned with time or customer satisfaction. Won't use him again or recommend him...

This week I went in to inquire about having some work done on several vintage wrist watches and their watch technician was able to replace batteries while we waited. The salesperson had asked me earlier if I wanted to have my white gold wedding band (several decades old) replated. I dropped it off the same day as the watches and had it back in two days. Their helpful customer service, knowledge about settings and gems, and ability to do custom work makes Redlands Jewelers our choice for jewelry...

I purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring here and I could not be happier with it. Karina helped me from Day 1 of ring shopping, and even though I visited other jewelry stores in the area, I ultimately decided to give my business to Redlands Jewelers because of their attention, helpfulness, kindness, and value. I interacted with several people in the store and each time I came in I was always greeted warmly. Karina put in a lot of work to give me several options for the ring, and helped me find the prettiest diamond to mount onto it. One thing I found particularly helpful is they have a texting service so you don’t have to go back to the store for quick questions, or to discuss options, etc. I also very much appreciate how they offer free ring re-sizing after purchase, and also free steam cleanings!
