Willow Wild — Local services in Redmond

I will start by saying this store has always had friendly service, is adorable, and has always been clean. I appreciate the events they put on, supporting local vendors, and carrying local jewlrey, candles, etc. I try my best to shop local boutiques whenever possible. I can not express the joy when this cute little shop popped up downtown Redmond, and actually carried a decent variety of plus size items. As a curvy women, it is rare to walk into a boutique and be able to leave not only feeling good about yourself, but with beautiful new clothing items you can not wait to wear out. One of my first experiences with this shop I was able to try on (and actually fit into!) multiple dresses, and find the one that was just right for an upcoming wedding I was attending. I literally cried happy tears when I left being able to have a "normal" shopping experience. On top of that, Nicole always did a great job of blending in the plus size and regular sized items vs making you feel secluded shopping in your own corner of the store. It has been heartbreaking over time watching this selection of clothing slowly get smaller and smaller, and eventually not be able to find anything that fits in the shop. When mentioned to the employees I got an awkward shrug and look of sympathy. I am happy to see this business continue to succeed, and sincerely do wish them well, I just happen to be one disappointed...

Update within a few days of my original review, the boutique owner found my online order on her own volition and refunded my money. It's obvious they care about their customers and wanted to quickly remedy their mistake! Their customer service is greatly appreciated!
