We scheduled an electrician to come out and install a wall car charger in our garage. We told them the exact charger we had so they could prepare the parts.

The electrician came late after the expected time window (not that big of a deal since we figured we'd be here all day for the job). Then he told us that he was told the wrong job so he didn't have any of the parts. He was going to charge us hourly and said he'd be charging us for the time he needed to get the correct parts.

I had the same exact job done in the DC area, and this job was actually technically easier since the install was done on the same wall. However, he tried to quote us a price that was $200 more than the harder job in DC. I didn't agree with how they were conducting their business so we did not continue...

Great service....however, not all employees are respectful. We had a simple mix up with billing with an insurance claim. As soon as I picked up the phone, the female employee spoke to me as if I owed her money personally. When I tried to explain, i was cut off. I had to cut her off to tell her of her disrespectful attitude. Yes she apologized for the rudeness and recognized it, however, it makes me wonder about the staff's personalities behind closed doors. Before choosing, just be sure to get 3 estimates. I'm sure there are many qualified electricians who work for companies with better attitudes. Good work, which is why I gave them 3stars. I called them to schedule an appointment for some small work to be completed at my home.

The day of the appointment they tell me that they can only give me an estimate and that I'll need to schedule a future appointment to have the work completed.

Keep in mind, this is a very small job and I did not request an estimate nor do I want an estimtae. I need the work completed and soon due to a delivery. They should have explained that this appointment was only for an estimate when i scheduled it not on the day I was expecting to have the...
