I have visited this shopping center a few times in the past and just recently as well. I visited the company LASH twice. My first visit was welcoming and the my technician was amazing and personable. She was just training and completing hours I believe. My second visit wasn't so great. I entered Lash on time, no one was at the counter. As I entered I saw 4 techs talking, they all turned once I entered to see who it was. No one came to welcome me, in fact they all turned around and continued talking. I stood at the counter for 5-6 mins before sitting down. At this time I saw 3 different techs, none came to welcome me either. I sat for about another 5mins before a tech went to get the manager who then signed me in and did the safety check. Once I was placed with a tech I realized that she was one of the techs who ignored and watched me walk into lash😒. Once we got to the room: still no greeting, very cold attitude towards me, snappy questions and her breath smelled like garlic(2yrs swim team has paid off, help my breath as much as possible 🤭😔). The service was day and night from my first visit. So now that we've started about half way through GLUE got in my eye. I did informed the tech twice. It got to a point finally when I had to ask for a fan because it was burning really bad. The tech started huffing and puffing and I felt uncomfortable at this point. I just sucked it up and allowed her to continue. I was kinda afraid to say anything because at this point I'm ready to go and I'm afraid my lashes would be looking crazy. So once she was done(works pretty fast)I mentioned this to the manager who then had another tech assist me. She washed my eye out and that helped a lil. Im very grateful for the tech help and the managers fast acting as well. The burning and redness finally subsided later that night. Aside from all of the drama she did do a great job. My lashes are beautiful. I just recommend she work on her bedside manner and ppl skills. If your going through something leave it at the door. Your great at what you do but when a cx complains, at that moment you should've been more proactive and washed my eye out. I didn't know you guys did that because this has never happened before.
