Connor Marks at Rogers was the only jeweler in the area who could procure a rare stone we were looking for. Not only did he get the stone for us, but he flew in stones from New York to pick and choose from. Despite all the work he did to get the stones available for viewing, when we chose one, I was expecting sticker shock but the price he quoted us was generously reasonable. To top that off, he then stuck with us through an near 6 month design process that involved intricate replication and a lot of custom work. I'm a designer by trade, so I was very particular about what I wanted and I got nervous during the process wondering how my engagement ring would turn out. I was getting nervous that we were going to spend a decent amount of money and it wouldn't be perfect-- Well, I was absolutely SHOCKED when I picked up my ring, it was STUNNING. I mean- this ring looked like an absolute vintage royal heirloom, it looked better than Princess Diana's . I still stare at it weeks later and wonder how this ring turned out so well. We'll be coming back for a wedding band and any other jewelry needs in the future. No other place in Reno was even able to get us the stone and after this process- I wouldn't trust anyone else .
