Went in earlier today to meet my BF on his lunch hour. I decide on getting the Beef Chow Fun over the Chow Mein because the Chow Fun comes with bean sprouts. When the waitress came over, I gave her my order of "Beef Chow Fun". She asked me a # of "52" and having never been before and trusting her, i agreed.
My BF's food came out 10-15 min before mine and was pretty good. Finally someone comes over with a plate, but it's a sandwich and i tell them "That's not what I ordered."
My waitress comes over with a menue and points to 52 and says "that's what you ordered, 52 is a sandwich." I let her know that "No, I told you Beef Chow Fun and you asked me if that was 52. I Figured you knew the menue better than me." she then argued with me saying "No you told me 52, i didn't say anything." "Yes you did, and I ordered Beef Chow Fun."
She walked away and a couple seconds later, came back asking "Was it the chicken or shrimp chow fun?" I corrected her. How many times do i need to say it?
It has now been at least 25 min since my BF's food had come out and I finally get my plate of Beef Chow Fun. It was bland, noodles over cooked and there were absolutely no bean sprouts.
She comes over to ask how it is, and i kindly let her know and she again argues with me that "no it doesn't come with bean sprouts." I told her that "Yes, it stated on the menue that it comes with it. You're thinking of the Chow Mein." She walks over to get a to-go menue to argue with me again "it just says Chow Fun" I let her know that the real menue says it. She grabs that and says "Oh okay. Would you like me to get you a side of them?"
At this point i'm so frustrated with the service that i tell her no, that's okay. She doesn't bother us again.

Read moreI had been going here for near 10 years. A few years back the place changed hands. The original owners were great people who took pride in their food and the service that their customers received. The new owners are ignorant and money hungry. They are definitely not customer service oriented. Now the food, at best, could only be described as hit and miss. Some days good and others days horrible. The wait staff is polite but will do zero to make things right if they serve you something that was poorly prepared. The other thing that I've read in another review is true....dirty utensils and dishes. I experienced this first hand. When I told the server that my food had been served in a dirty dish he took my plate of food to the kitchen area and dumped it into another plate. He then immediately returned it to me!! Dumping food from a dirty plate into another plate doesn't rid the food of contamination from having been in a dirty plate. The food should've been dumped and then another order cooked. I told the food server that I wanted to speak with a manager. Someone who said they were in charge came over and tried to defend their response. I told her that the situation was handled in an unsanitary manner potentially endangering my well being. Long story short....they did nothing to make things right. Instead the so called "person in charge" defended their actions while never addressing the fact of handling food in an unsafe/unsanitary manner. Read moreThe food here is usually good, but the service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I knew, as I was ordering over the phone, this was going to be a bad situation. I am flexible when it comes to ordering food, and I know there are always circumstances that require patience and empathy, especially during COVID-19, but this was egregious.
I ordered over the phone for pick up and had to repeat my order three times, because at first she said she couldn’t hear, and second, because she repeated it back incorrectly.
When I went to pick up, the order was incorrect. Despite her and I repeating the order, she still had the incorrect order created when I got there. She took it back to remake it, but now half the order is just sitting on the counter. When I got to my car, I decided to check the food myself and the order was still incorrect. I went back in and had to ask them again to remake it. Half the order is just getting colder as they remake another portion of the order. She apologized but at this point, it was frustrating. I will not be going back until they can prove they have taken better steps at customer service and clarity. There was no explanation as to why the mess up, no offer to remake the food that is now cold. It was an example of poor customer service...
