I put off writing this but after having multiple ring repairs done and buying my husband’s ring from here, I do not recommend this business. I haven’t had experience with the other locations, just this particular location. Something about the staff always seemed “off” to me and after the last repair, I realized I wasn’t making it up in my head. There were no issues with my husband’s ring, but it was not made in the store. I had a sizing bar put into a solitaire ring (2mm comfort fit) because my knuckle is .5-1 sizes bigger than my finger. No issues. When I picked it up, I dropped off my wedding band which was the same size. It was a 3/4 eternity band which was 4mm wide for 3/4 of the ring and 1.5mm for the rest. The associate did not measure me before adding a sizing bar, I know sizes can vary depending on band width but this wasn’t a cigar band so I didn’t realize this would be an issue. She had it sized to the same size as my other ring. When I picked it up, I struggled to get it on which they said was normal. The store had air conditioning but later in the day I could not get it on at all. I brought the band back to be resized, and the jeweler confirmed that in that band width, it had been resized to the wrong size. He had to shave half of the band off, so half of the metal I paid for was gone. I still have problems with the band spinning to this day. I later went to a different jeweler who said they should have added beads instead of a bar. The band also wasn’t cleaned or polished before it was given back to me, so a week after I started to see yellow in the bar area where the rhodium wore off. This was on the inside that doesn’t scratch anything. I also didn’t realize until after I left the store that two stones were dark, I tried to clean it at home and at a different jewelry store but it wouldn’t go away. I later had it cleaned by the manufacturer. I later brought in a different ring, it was a loose stone and setting that needed to be put together. After I picked it up, I realized the ring was obviously lopsided. From the front and side view the girdle was diagonal. One prong did not make contact with the stone and all four were on different facets facing different directions. Lint was catching on them. I brought it back and the associate swears there is nothing wrong with it because “it went through quality control” and “it wasn’t” like that when I picked it up. I explained that I noticed it right after I left the store and only wore it for a couple hours. She accused me of snagging it on fabric and that’s why it was catching on everything. She passes me off to the manager who looks at it and immediately admits I am not making this up. I picked up the ring a week later, and wasn’t as bad as the first time but I noticed the exact same issues as before. I didn’t give the ring back because I didn’t think they would take me seriously. I emailed the actual website and sent photos, and got a call from the manager. Like the previous associate, he swears there is nothing wrong with it because he looked at it personally. I didn’t know the owner actually read customer service emails, but everything was different after he got involved. I drop off the ring again and the staff’s entire demeanor is different because the owner is in the building. The manager spent a lot of time discussing the problems before and after picking it up, which I appreciate but he wouldn’t have had to waste his time if it had been fixed right in the first place. He offered to have another setting made if I wanted a different style in the future, but after coming here multiple times I do not see myself coming here again. I also work in retail and one of the regular customers was also an associate here. She tried to recruit me for Amway (MLM) and is known by the whole staff for trying to recruit us. She won’t mention Amway but asking to meet up for coffee anytime I was here was a set up for a first interview. She was working for this company while using the customers as a pool of potential recruits for...

Read moreI am so thankful to Kenny G Jewelers. This place is WONDERFUL. My fiancé gave me a beautiful ring with a moissanite centerstone, that has a vintage look to it. It was not purchased at Kenny G, but I recently decided that I wanted to upgraded to a diamond. I purchased a lab grown online from Brilliance a 1.33 carat oval centerstone thinking it would fit in my ring. It was too large for my ring unfortunately. I brought it to a couple different local jewelers and every one of them said they’d have to completely build a new ring, costing thousands. I decided to go to Kenny G, and the most amazing woman helped me, Kay. She felt very sure about my ring being able to be reworked to accommodate the new centerstone. Oh my gosh was she right, it came out beautifully!! I am so pleased with my ring and truly couldn’t be more please. She was so incredibly accommodating, ingenuitive, and an all around pleasure to work with. I will continue to go here for any future...
