So this is a multi part review. I genuinely think you should re think it if you're on your way here. This is May 2025 now at the top and nothing has gotten better. Only worse. Renovated the building so they won't even talk to you. You have to order from a kiosk. They also don't put sauce out anymore so you have to ask and boy do they act like you just stole from them if you want more than two packets for a whole bag of food. It's hit or miss if I get all my food still. Kind of have myself to blame for coming here anymore but there ya go. Don't do it.
Then taco bell removed half it's menu, shrank all the beverage cup sizes and still charge you the same amount if not more, and it's now a battle to get enough sauce to even have any with all of your food.
This is a store and maybe even a franchise I might start to avoid.
4/28 - still a battle to get what I ask for. You can buy two bags of food ask for extra sauce and they give you four packets for two bags of food. I don't know when this started or why they still keep doing it but it's ridiculous.
2022 - routinely don't have most of what I want, and their hours are mostly a suggestion. Currently here an hour after they open and there's a car parked in the drive thru so you can't drive down it and the lights are all off.
2023 - easily the worst location in town. The only reason I even come here anymore is because it's right next to my work. they routinely give me half my food. They completely overhauled the interior of the restaurant and now you can't go in to the restaurant at all until 11:00 a.m. which isn't posted anywhere. Lastly I still think that management forces them to not give any sauce out. I have to ask two or three times to get enough sauce to even use on half my food. I don't know if they think they're going bankrupt over sauce or something but it's kind...
Read moreI came to Taco Bell on Keystone tonight 8/27/18 8:38pm When I got there the drive through was 10 cars deep so I parked and went in. The next thing I got to encounter was a drunk lady using the counter to hold herself up until she dropped off the counter and fell on the floor. At no time did a mgr come up. Finally the guy working the register came and got her off the floor. He tried to get her to sit down but no luck as she stumbled out the door. Again not one mgr to be found. I aske the guy at the counter who the mgr is because it is not ok what is happening in the lobby. He says ^oh that is her over there behind the line making food. It's now 8:53pm and still no food. I walk over to the counter and finally catch the attention of the female mgr and start telling her how poor of an experience that I had when all of a sudden mgr Blade steps in and takes over the conversation. I said who are you and he says Im the mgr. I said well I thought I was talking to the mgr and he says you are but now you are talking to me. He immediately makes me feel threatened when he tells me I can leave if I don't like it. Mind you I still have no food yet. I will NEVER step foot in a Taco...
Read moreThe experience was unique and very utilitarian. The good: The food was good for what you expect from Taco Bell. The dining area was clean. No prompts for unnecessary tips. The price was reasonable, especially compared to most fast food today.
The less than ideal: there is little interacting with the staff unless you go out of your way and wait for them to notice you. They were busy in back without anyone up front. When you walk in, you're greeted by ordering kiosks instead of a friendly face. My only interaction is when an employee yelled my name and dropped the food off on the counter. She had gone in back before I even grabbed my food. There is no soda fountain to get a refill from. I'm sure it's intentional to save on costs, but then if you want a refill you have to wait up front to be noticed.
I get that my busy lunch hour experience might be a little different than another time during the day. The process is quick, easy, and efficient, but lacks an inviting atmosphere. Some people will like less interaction and some...
