Taco Bell — Restaurant in Reno

Today, on 11/16 at 3:00PM me and my grandfather went here for dinner after my school day was over. the drive thru was mildly filled, normal for any fast food place on a Thursday. we walked inside and ordered on the screen panel. I ordered the nachos that have all the stuff on them — i removed the tomato and added potatoes and lettuce — then i got the fiesta potatoes as a side and a freeze drink in a regular size. We payed in cash at the counter. the man taking the money gave us our change and asked if I ordered a drink, i said yes because i did, he picked up a cup and held it out which i corrected by saying it was one that couldn't be made at the fountain. he apologized and put the cup back and went to make my drink. he came back and gave me a small freeze drink. im not one to complain or mention when a mistake is made so i shrugged it off since my food would be good, right? it came out around two minutes later by first being put with the drive thru orders then corrected by being handed out to us. we looked in the bag and my nachos looked like some chips and lettuce, while my potatoes had cheese closed all inside the lid and over the area you use to open the plastic. we got in the car without a fuss and i took out my nachos to inspect them closer, there looked to be no cheese, and no bean or beef. when i shook the nacho container is shaked much more than it should've, there was no sound of anything. when i got home, i opened the nachos and inspected even more, still no cheese but what looked like maybe two tablespoons of the beef. since there was no cheese i added the fiesta potatoes which also had around a tablespoon of cheese, which is more understandable for those. but as i ate and ate, when i finished my meal there was no cheese from the nachos. in all my drink was downsized, my potatoes were sloppy, and my nachos were just chips, potato and lettuce. it had never been that bad before, the nachos are my go to meal here, today i even considered adding some guacamole, but i doubt it would have been...

The people working the closing shift on Wednesday June 16th should all be fired. I placed my order VIA the app at 11:05 pm. Closing time is 1am. I sat in that drive thru until 11:50. When we placed the order the woman said there was an 8 item limit. Since we used the app this did not apply to us. But the fact that they were "SOLD OUT" of potatoes and negated letting us know until we got to the window after 45 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable. They claimed to have been short staffed yet the female worker was in the bathroom most of the time we waited and some kid was mopping the floor the entire time as well. How much are the lazy people being paid? It's unbelievable and very unprofessional considering how many people were in front and behind us. You all...

We went to this Taco Bell and when we got to the window to pay we asked the Gentleman at the window if they offer Military discount, at first he had no idea what the Military was, but immediately went on to say no we are all equal, I’m human your human and he continued to go on with equality. I asked him if he has any idea what the Military is, he took off his stickered up fake Prada glasses and looked at my husband and myself and said we are all human you’re the same as me we are all human, it was awful. He absolutely disrespects the men and women who fight for our freedom in this country. He had absolutely no knowledge of what the military was nor did he want to be informed. It was terrible.
