Starbucks — Restaurant in Reno

Newly remodeled that looks nice, however the seating situation is NOT good at all. Only ONE low table that can only accommodate 2 people! 3 high tables that are not comfortable and a long bar seating for 6 that faces the ugly parking lot and not suitable for conversations What were they thinking???? The reason for the low service rating is I asked for dark roast DECAF , preferably Sumatra decaf The barista said they did not have that. I was surprised and asked for espresso roast Decaf , she said. All they have is Pike Decaf . I said all Starbucks have dark roast decaf for Americanos She said do you want an Americano , I said no but I’m ok with a “pour over” using the espresso beans She said she would not do that. I stated that I’ve been to Starbucks all over town all over the country and the world and never been denied that request. I asked to speak with the supervisor and she aid she was the supervisor. I said when you go to a coffee house pay a lot of money the customer should get what they want. She said sorry Her name is Rian. I will never go to this Starbucks again as long as RIAN works there The absolute worst Starbucks employee...

Told her I asked for no whip cream in my drink, so she scraped the whip off the top and tried giving it to me. I gave the drink back and showed her that she forgot about the whip cream at the bottom of the caramel ribbon frappe, she said she would remake it but what she did was put it in the blender and mixed it all up. So now I have a runny frappe and my affogato shot is blended in, and I specifically asked her not to do that. She remade my drink incorrectly 3 different times bc she was trying to be lazy about her job. I left with my drink being messed up bc there's no point in asking her to fix it. I regret giving my tip before I received my order. If I'm paying for a $12 coffee with no whip cream, then that's what I should get. I immediately went to McD's and ordered a shot of espresso to try to fix my frappe. So I had to go to 2 diff places, spend over $12 and had to wait over...

I just want to say that I've been coming to the Starbucks in Keystone in Reno Nevada since 2014. I moved to the other end of town last year so I haven't been going to this one as much as I used to. I happened to be in the area the other night and made a stop there and it was different staff but my experience with them was the same outstanding, quality service I've always had there and I've been back twice because of them. They get my drink right every time (which is completley my own, custom concoction, lol!) and they're very personable and a special shout out to Paris who remembered me the next time I came through the drive thru and remembered my drink and made sure to come to the window to say hello and that she remembered me and my unique drink. She's so sweet and made me feel pretty special... I really...
