I did not enjoy my experience. There was quite a small selection of dresses, I understand they have limited options due to limited consignment, but just keep that in mind. Also know that there is a fitting fee (this is hidden on their website, if you just click the links to book, then it doesn't say anything about it. It is under the steps section and not easily found on a web browser. I felt my experience was low quality because the lighting was quite dim, no water was offered, they only zip you up vs other places actually help you put the dress on (she also picked all of the dresses for me to try on until I specifically asked to pick them), she provided no positive feedback (not helping me feel good about anything I tried on, in fact, with the quiet music, my appointment was basically silent with minimal efforts to get to know me or my fiancé), she was eating during my appointment, no recommendations or advice or extras (veil try-ons), many of the dresses were quite dirty and even broken, when I couldn't find a single dress that I liked, I felt unattended for and left almost in tears because of such negative vibes, and they didn't make me feel special or excited about the experience at all. I consigned my dress to them over a year ago and they have been so unprofessional. When I went in to talk about consigning it, the first thing the girl did was take it out of the bag, said they'd take it and walked away to put it on the rack. I didn't say she could have it, I just wanted to discuss their contract. When I asked for details she just gave me a paper to read and didn't explain anything unless I drug it out of her. I did end up consigning it and when I called them a year later because no one had rented it, I was told that someone had rented it, I had just never been paid the $130 they owed me. I want to shout from the rooftops how amazing this place is. Mariah works within your budget, and is so incredibly nice and professional. I was able to rent a $1000+ dollar dress for less than half of its original retail price. My dress made me feel so confident and happy on my special day! She has tons of dresses in all varieties and styles that you are sure to love. Months later and I'm still obsessed with the dress I rented. The sleeves! The detail!
