Teriyaki Sensei — Restaurant in Richardson

This was my first visit and I had the Chicken Teriyaki. Food was excellent. The Teriyaki isn't drowned in sauce, just lightly sprinkled. You can add more at your table of you want but the meat doesn't need it. The chicken was tender and juicy, with just the right amount of crunchy brown goodness from the grill. But the rice... oh the rice. Perfectly steamed. Sticks together without being sticky or mushy. I was going to try to save some for later but ended up just eating it all. I normally end up throwing the steamed veggies from other places away. But Teriyaki Sensei steams the cabbage, carrots, and brocolli together without making the vegetables hard or mushy. I ate all mine. I will definitely be back for more. Can't wait to try the next entree...

I have never been so disrespected and humiliated by a restaurant owner until I made the mistake of coming into this place for lunch. I attempted to use the restroom before ordering my food because I was very pressed. The owner followed me INTO the women's restroom and proceeded to tell me "this restroom is for paying customers only" I responded and said "excuse me? I was planning on eating here but I need to use the restroom first" he pretty much pushed me out of the restroom and said I cannot use the restroom until I order something. Not only did he NOT apologize, he told me "I am so tired of you people coming here to use the restroom.” I am black, btw, so I'm not sure if that was a racial slur. But I will never return to this...

This was my 4th time at this restaurant! I always get the combination chicken and beef. Well yesterday I got it to go. I also loke the pork dumplings. Well when I got hone the beef was INEDIBLE! !! TOUGH, WIERD TASTE AND SMELL!!!! I had to throw it away. Chicken was fine. I called and spoke to the owner/chef and I asked him about it... He was extremely RUDE AND ON TOP OF THAT HE ASKED ME NOT TO ORDER THE BEEF ANYMORE!!!☹☹☹☹☹☹. HE all but admitted that something was wrong it. Abd he refused to remake my order!!! People please check your food thoroughly. WITH SERVICE LIKE THAT, WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM THAT ARROGANT, IGNORANT MAN!!! WILL BE REPOSTING THIS TO FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM AND...
