Original Review: Tried to buy tickets, couldnât even get to the ticket page. I clicked on the time I wanted and then it gave me an error. It did not matter what I was on I tried it first on my IPad, then my phone, then my laptop and all of them gave the same error and did not let me even get to the screen to choose or checkout my tickets. Then I decided to try to delete my history, maybe that was the problem. I did that, I checked Google for anything else that could be the problem and followed three different directions on how to possibly fix the issue according to Google. None helped. Then I decided to try and sign up for a membership so at least when I went in person to buy tickets I would have a membership all ready. I put in all my information. It did not process and it gave me a different error. Tried it multiple times. Was told it was maintenance. They seem, from other reviews, to do a lot of maintenance to their site so be weary.
Update: Actually going in person is a different story. Aside from the website issues, the two times I have gone since have given good experiences. I would say perhaps picking any row behind D might be a better choice (D you just slightly strain your neck to look up more since it doesnât recline a ton) it is a small space so any row is basically like a front row in a normal theater. It might be a good idea to avoid A-C at all costs though because it doesnât recline that far and youâll break your neck watching. D is eh. But honestly, considering it is small showing rooms and the chairs recline and are heated it is still a decent bang for your buck. Heating works well and gets hot, it just didnât last the whole 2 hr movie. But I honestly didnât wanna be hot the whole time anyways. It is easy to pick seats. They are adaptable to charging half gift card/half debit if you have a little left on your gift card. And the funnel cake fries are bomb, everyone should check those out! As long as you do a little research beforehand you can have a really nice experience! Keep an eye on their promotions too! Tuesday discount days and their college student welcome back discount...
   Read moreMy friends were refused a refund by shift lead Krista after she made them change their original movie choice. Not receiving a refund wasnât the issue, it was the immaturity and rudeness we experienced during this process. We bought tickets online and came to watch the strangers but one of my friends is 16 and isnât allowed to watch it since itâs rated r, so we all switched to planet of the apes because we came to watch a movie obviously we wanted to stay. 10-15 minutes later in planet of the apes, we realized this movie wasnât for us and we got up to leave. As we were leaving we asked for a refund because we didnât get to see the movie we came in for and managements solution of switching to a different movie wasnât a fix for us. Krista butted in after overhearing us talking to a different employee and was immediately rude. She said she canât give us a refund because we already switched to a different movie already. This is understandable and obviously we can comprehend company policies but Krista was just rude throughout the whole interaction. Raising your voice at teenagers and then kicking us out because we werenât satisfied with her short answers on why we couldnât get our money back? After we all bought $20 worth of snacks prior? Super unprofessional and disrespectful of Krista and she shouldnât be a manager let alone an employee at this...

This is all because, of Nyah the manager that helped me, with a refund because I picked the wrong theater when I was ordering the tickets online. I spoke to Nyah on phone I ended up going in for her to help me. Change the movie theater and time that worked for us. She was quick, efficient, with a smile on her face the entire time. I really appreciated how she went over the top!! Thank you you for your kindness. You made our families movie experience spectacular...It's so nice to have someone that actually cares about their job to the point where they make a customer as happy as she made me and my family!!! Quakertown movie theater is and will continue to be our new place to go watch movies. The seats were amazing heated, reclining, the road in front of you the road behind you is far enough away that it makes you feel. Like our family was in the theater all by ourselves. Thank you again for going over the top to make this customer smile you rock!!! Just want you to know that you are appreciated...
