Let me start by saying I'm a very big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. When this one was under construction I was very anxious for it to open. It has under-performed since its opening... something you think that they would have worked out when they gained experience. I have been there many times now and I am sad to say that it is only getting worse. I visited with a guest a few nights ago. There was death metal blaring over the sound system. Not hard rock or AC/DC or even Black Sabbath that are enjoyed by lots of folks ...I'm talking about the kind enjoyed by about 2% of the population under 30, with the pig squealing and that type of thing. odd selections for a jukebox in a sports bar I thought. The manager disagreed and refused to turn it down even a little. That should have been the only indicator we needed to get the heck out of there. we didn't. It was 9 pm and we were hungry so we pressed on. We ordered drinks and an appetizer along with wings and a sandwich. The fried pickles were mostly stuck together and sloppy, very forgivable right? no big deal. So I guessed we'd eat the clumped-together pickles without being able to hear each other complain about it. The food will be here soon and we can eat and leave. Then the wings came out. They were nowhere in the vicinity of warm. They were not tender which is to say they were suitable for a stone skipping contest. The meat on my sandwich was also cold and the roll was stale. I thought I would offer my fries to my guest while she sent the wings back but the fries, like everything else, were cold and soggy. There were literally more people working there than there were people eating there so why had the food been microwaved? Certainly no one had checked it before we got it. The meal cost 42 50 and it was like eating leftovers. By the time my guest got the new wings delivered, she just wanted to get out of there...the death-metal at that volume had done it's job. I'll probably end up back there again, eventually. My family likes to meet at BWW for get-togethers but I know I won't go there on my own. I hope they get their act together. It's a solid sports bar anywhere else. I do go to the B-Dubs in York Pennsylvania three or four times a year when I visit friends out there, it's a different story completely. The Quakertown store could definitely take a page out...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy family and I had been wanting to try buffalo wild wings for a little while now so we decided to go on saturday for lunch. We stopped in at 11:30, place was dead. We were the first people there for food. They were training someone at the front to seat us. Our waitress was Laura, she was really nice and helpful.
First thing we noticed was how ridiculously expensive it was for wings. regardless of boneless or not. 6 boneless wings was priced at $10. bone in was priced at $13.
I ordered the saucy chicken sandwich, my wife ordered the cheeseburger and our 2 daughters ordered the chicken tenders.
In the meantime a father and son came in and then a bigger family than ours. Both families received their food before we got ours. after about 30 minutes of waiting we finally received our food.
Fries were cold and tasted funny. Chicken was absolutely the worst chicken I've ever tasted for a "restaurant". The kids each took a bite and said they didn't like it. Mind you, my kids LOVE chicken. My wife took one bite out of her cheeseburger and it almost completely fell apart and water poured out of the bottom of it. It was also drenched in mustard. No actual taste.
We let our waitress know that we were disappointed in the food as we didn't even come close to eating half of it. She was very helpful and very kind. almost as if she has dealt with this 100 times before. she immediately got her manager. (Whoever the manager was didn't even bother to come over and talk to us).
We were given $17 off our order. I still paid $40 for garbage food and absolute regret of ever stepping foot into a buffalo wild wings. I left our waitress Laura a $20 tip because of how nice she was.
I highly DO NOT recommend anyone eating there. Truly a huge...

I was totally suprised by the lack of professionalism. I'm sure this was his regular demeanor and it clearly stated "I have no personality and loath my job." We followed him to a table. Ordered food from a nice enough server. I asked for a wrap with no pico. Thats all, no other request. The wrap came with tomatoes. Advised I asked no pico. He said "I indicated no pico, those are just tomatoes." "Yup, pretty sure those are tomatoes, but there are no tomatoes listed on the menu, only pico which I asked for none of." He took my plate, walked away and came back five steps later as an after thought and advised ME: "If you have an allergy to something you need to let us know before you order." Now I was as red as the unwanted tomato. I grabbed a to go menu from the checkout behind my seat, opened it to the wrap I ordered and said "I dont have an allergy, I asked for no pico. There are no "tomatoes" listed on the wrap, just pico. So you dont take an ingredient off an order request, then toss in another random ingedient in its place, this is not my error." It sank in at that moment and he apologized saying he didnt request tomatoes, the cook must have misunderstood. I told him it was not his fault and that I was not mad at him, but arguing with a customer over their (restaurant) error was not good service. Then I tipped him quiet well. Afterall, he didnt even know that pico had tomatoes....
