Staples — Local services in Richland Township

The prices tend to be generally too high and not worth justification. Their pencil bags are around $3-4 and at dollar they have a better or equal quality bag for $1. Thats 300-400% more. They dont carry much of a selection of erasible pens Michaels probably has at least 5x more. The sticky notes seem to be over priced as well. The cheapest graphing paper notebook that I could find (it was also the thinnest) was over $3.... I wasnt able to really compare because most of them had the bottom portion of the price sign slashed or cut off. Brought that to the cashiers attention but she maybe didnt u derstand what I was saying or was i different. Needed yelloy printer paper and cheapest was $14. I ended up buying a variety pack for $8 although I qould have prefered buying just yellow I couldnt bring myself to pay that price. I spent over $60. $40 of my companies money and the rest for personal purchase with my own money. I feel like I didnt walk out with much, value. So this just has ne going to Amazon for specialty items and walmart and Dollar general for better prices on...

Don’t go to this staples if you need something done for a specific date or event. I have never placed an order for a poster or sign and had it done on time or correctly the first time. The first time, they ordered the wrong material for my sign, so we had to wait 3 more weeks (on top of the first 3 weeks) to get a replacement. This time, I ordered a laminated poster - the laminator messed up so they had to re-do it. This was for an important event, and we never got the poster in time. They said they’d re-order one and we’d get it in a week. Two weeks passed by and I never heard anything, so I called. Nobody had any clue about my poster, so they re-ordered it then. I explained I needed it laminated. So I come in today to to pick it up, it’s not laminated. They said “it’ll take about 30 minutes to turn the laminator on”. If this is the only place you have to get copies made, I suggest you find someway to do without. Staff at desk was rude and aggressive. Seemed overwhelmed with 1 other customer in the area and put-out that I needed more service than "20 copies of this by October please" Also, having attempted to use this place several times for other projects, on any given day it seems at least one if not both self-service machines are out-of-order. In the end got service at competitor in Greensburg on my next trip down the mountain. Will not use...
