My experience was terrible.I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went in for a cracked screen and within an hour or two my screen was not functioning properly. The screen was fuzzy, the glue was lifting, glue was smeared around the edge of the phone and the phone was melted at the top of the screen. In which I didn't notice because he put the screen protector that I purchased on my phone.The next day I went back to tell him what I was experiencing with my phone after I received serviced and he immediately claimed that I dropped my phone. In which I didn't. He was so rude and told me that he wasn't going to fix my phone or refund me back my money. He kept saying "it took me an hour and a half and I had trouble replacing your screen." He told me that I would have to speak to his manager in which he wasn't available until the next business day. The next day I contacted the store and ask to speak to the manager or the owner. The manager told me to come to the store so he could take a look at my phone. Once he seen my phone he told me that he would not be able to fix my phone or refund me my money because he don't know what I did to my phone after leaving his store. I told him I didn't do anything to my phone. I told him before leaving the store after the repair I questioned the color of my screen which was a tan orange and your employee told me that all I would need to do is adjust my screen brightness in my settings. Once I got home I tried to do that and my phone wasn't working. I then asked for a corporate number and he provided me a non working number. I had to make a complaint with the galleria and get corporate number from them. Once I got that number I contacted them and I'm still getting the run around. Now I have to take legal actions. Please where ever you go for phone repair DO NOT shop at this store. They sale faulty parts, they don't live up to their policy and have poor customer service.I'm saving you the trouble of having to go through this type of situation or similar.
Potential customers look at how they respond to negative complaints. Instead of saying " Sorry that you had a bad experience with us.Come back in and we will try to make it right" they point the finger and say it's the customer fault. I did not say or do anything racist or talk about his accent. I was focused on getting my phone fixed or a refund. Also he didn't open my phone back up for a second diagnostic. Read moreI came to the store with a iphone 14 pro max and i spoke with Amar about repairing it. He then went on to tell me that he could fix my screen for my phone and that he could offer me “the cheapest price in town” i then went on to tell him that i had a better deal else where and i was just shopping around to see if I could get better pricing for my phone. Once i told him that he then began to persuade me that there was a “ Lifetime Warranty” on the screens and that if anything ever happened to the screen that i could come back and get the screen fixed for free. Giving this company the trust of my business was the worst decision I could’ve ever made. Not even 3 days after getting my screen fixed my screen was glitching out green, and white colors. I really didnt care as much about it at first until I dropped the phone and the screen cracked WITH A SCREEN PROTECTOR & CASE ON IT. Never in my life have I seen such cheap material. Once i picked my phone back up and seen that my screen was no longer working i brung the phone back to the store and the same guy told me it was nothing he could do to help me and told me that the “LIFETIME WARRANTY” that they promise customers to reel them in is a lie ! Turns out the “lifetime warranty” actually doesn’t cover a thing. He talked a good game and actually made me believe that he had my best interest to help me but it turned out he really just wanted to make a profit off of my inconvenience. I will speak with the board of the Galleria mall and get these guys reported and checked out for not selling their products with integrity and lying to good paying customers in our local malls that we come to spend our hard earn money in. Read moreI cracked the screen of my MacBook laptop. Said they could repair it no problem and just had to order the part that would arrive in 3-4 days. I use this laptop for work so was willing to pay for the prompt service. 10 days later I had to go in person to ask them for an update, they ordered the part two days after I had went there when I made it clear I was only interested in the services if they could be done in 3-4 days. I paid half up front and they could not show me a receipt for the part ordered or any proof that anything was being done. The store associate was straight up lying to my face and showing me fake screenshots of tracking information that did not even make any sense. Finally the part comes in and in the installation process my Touch Bar no longer works. Take it back to them and they said I have to pay another $80 on top to order a new one and for them to install it. SO frustrated at this point I just accepted I would not have a working Touch Bar.
