First and foremost, I want to express my appreciation for the concept of The Woke Brand. I wanted to inform you that my shirt was returned to me with some issues. While the patches on the front are acceptable, the ones on the back do not match the design I discussed with the designer. Additionally, my shirt no longer lays flat as it did initially. Given that I paid over $300 for a custom-designed shirt, I expected the quality to reflect that investment.
When I reached out to inform the store of these concerns, I found the response from the designer to be somewhat brief and extremely unprofessional. She mentioned that reimbursement could only be provided for the USPS shipping charge or the patches, but not for the full amount I paid.
At this point, I would kindly request a refund due to the work not aligning with my expectations, especially since the shirt has been compromised by the patchwork. I also want to mention that our group experience was somewhat problematic, with some orders sent to the wrong recipients and others still awaiting confirmation of shipment.
While I truly appreciate the concept behind The Woke Brand, I am disappointed with this experience and, if I find myself in St. Louis again, I may need to consider other options. I sincerely hope that we can resolve this matter with a full refund, as the final product did not meet my initial specifications. I will be more than happy to provide pictures of the work done on the garment. Hopefully, we can find a...
Read moreI love your product but you need to learn how to communicate with your customers better. It was fine and dandy for me to inquire about your product through Facebook but when it's time for me to ask questions, you wanna throw up your business hours. You lucky I didn't just tell you to keep your product and just refund me my money. That's why it's best to handle business through a phone call because your responses to me were read by several people and they, along with myself sensed that you were bothered and had attitude. People wonder why it's hard to support your own people because this is the back lash you get when dealing with your own kind. I don't care if it was an over sight on my behalf or not. How you handled the situation was rude as hell. Then when I come to your place of business, no greeting or anything. You treated me as if I had been there before and knew where to come. Who picks up the phone and just say 2nd floor then hangs up. I've been following you online for a long time and I was really surprised at your customer service. I would have never thought you would be like this. But now I know. Shop...
Read moreI truly appreciate the concept and the dedicated staff. The owner’s interactions, however, were somewhat challenging. At times, she seemed to be short with her staff and spoke in a way that felt a bit condescending, which affected the overall experience. During our visit, we arrived as part of a larger group for a tour and were greeted warmly, which started things off well. As the group dispersed and some members went to another shop nearby, my sister and I decided to wait in line to pay for our items. When we did so, the owner mentioned, “Y’all causing me anxiety,” which was a bit surprising to hear. She also asked another table, “Did I call y’all up yet?” I believe it was just a small wait for us, especially since most of our group had already moved on. Additionally, there seemed to be some inconsistency in charges, with some being charged a processing fee and others not. I want to emphasize that I loved the staff—they were truly wonderful. Their excellent service is the main reason I would consider returning if I visit St....
