I frequent this boutique. Perks: staff are always helpful and kind and they typically recognize me and ask how I’ve been. New clothes come in all the time. The atmosphere is always delightful and I know I’m going to have an excellent experience every time I go.

Im actually transgender FTM but I like dressing feminine, and this place happens to have feminine clothes that don’t trigger my gender dysphoria. It’s really refreshing to find clothing that compliments all my favorite attributes of myself without being boring.

Every time I wear an outfit from Bittersweet I’m complimented and asked where I got it from.

If there’s anything I’d hope to be different about bittersweet, it’d be the size inclusivity. Luckily bittersweet carries my size, but they do not have plus sizes, and their large isn’t very large by my standards. I know many plus sized friends who would shop here if they carried plus sizes!

Do not purchase clothes from this store. If I could leave 0 stars I would given the extremely poor quality of the clothes and the poor customer service. I purchased a $90 pair of pants that I wore for literally one hour before the metal button broke due to the poor quality of the stitching. Upon trying to return the pants for a store credit the following day with the button and tags I kept, they refused to accept them due to the tag being taken off. The girl at the counter claimed the manager would not accept them, but the manager was no where to be seen. Extremely unprofessional and not how a store should treat...

Really great customer service, cute clothes, & the fitting rooms are so cute! All the employees went above and beyond and it definitely made my experience. They told me how to get discounts, how to order clothes online if they didn’t have my exact size, and made sure I was attended in the fitting room. I just wish they had more genuine leather material in their clothes. We need more stores with this style of clothes & customer service...
