I ordered 2 pair of pants online and had them delivered to the store to save a little on shipping, after waiting 22 days past the date that my order was supposed to arrive I called the store and all they could tell me was to check back in 4-7 business days and could not give me any further information. I waited 4 more days and contacted online customer service and was told the same thing 4-7 MORE days and that was all the information that they could give me, at this point the event that I ordered the pants for has come and gone and I am just wondering where the 70.00 worth of pants I ordered are at. After 7 days I get an email saying that my order has arrived so I drive to the store and chose to use the curbside pickup option. I arrived at the store and checked in at 5:45, at 6:30 no one had brought my order out so I called and got no answer and realized that the store closed at 7 so I parked and went inside. When I got to the online order counter the girl was on her cell phone and chatting with other employees which is fine but when I interrupted to ask about my order she became rude and started rolling her eyes and slamming stuff around on the desk, she informed me that curbside pick up cuts off at 6 which I was unaware of and did not see in the email that was sent to me. I explained that I had checked in at 5:45 "Yeah I bet" was the response that I got. She got my package which was sitting out on the counter and I left. When I got home I opened the package to find that both pairs of pants where a size bigger then I had ordered, I confirmed that I had ordered correctly and once again contacted customer service with my issue and the only response I received was "Sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused" and I was sent a survey to complete. This has been by far one of the worst experiences with a retailer. All around it seems like the ball was dropped and I am left with 70.00 worth of pants I cant wear and a very unpleasant customer experience. Sorry JCP but this was my last transaction after years of being a customer and a...
Read moreI went in to buy sandals . The shoe girl does not like her job and I felt as if she did not care if jc Penney ever sold anything . I chose jc Penney because the store is an old company . She was not friendly not helpful . You could pay a sign to do what she did . Nothing . She needs another job . Somewhere else like where you don't need shoppers . This experience was Wednesday morning June 21 2017 at around 10:00 am . I would have bought three pairs of shoes if she had appreciated my business and cared if jc Penney sold anything . Bad employees who act like they are too good to be there working you need to get rid of . She needs to go back to school . I was also going to purchase some Liz Claiborne clothing but after my experience with her ( young and stupid) I decided I would go somewhere else and finish my purchases . I did not leave that store feeling good about it at all . You need to hire real salespeople who want to work . You would be better off with a...
Read moreI was very disappointed in my experience with JcPenny. I came there to go to the Sephora and was harassed by a manager (the old man). He literally followed me around the whole store, standing so close to me that if I turned I could literally touch him. When I confronted him about why he was following me, he wouldn't say and continued to stay on my heels. To be a young woman and to have an old man creepily stare and follow me around is extremely uncomfortable. I understand you all have a lot a theft at your location, but there are more professional ways in which to approach someone. He was extremely rude and way to into my personal space when I wasn't doing anything, I literally just stepped into the store. I just felt harrassed and extremely disappointed especially with how much money I spend in Sephora at this location. Smh. He was a creep. And apparently one of the managers. I will...
