As a Chick Fil A signature member who mostly goes to this location, I think that I speak for a lot of the customer base when I say this but there are way too many restrictions on the app at this specific location compared to the past. It honestly feels like the owner is TRYING to lose business or something. I can’t order lunch food through the app at breakfast time anymore but I can still walk up to the counter and order it… I can’t order make a mobile order through the drive thru until 8 am despite them being open at 6 am even though I can go through the drive thru at 6 am and order regularly… Give me a break!! This is beyond ridiculous and none of it makes any sense at all. We are also very frustrated because you also restricted your hours down by one hour at closing time and you have lost tons of business from me alone and not even on purpose because I’m mad or anything but just because I’m not able to make it there by 9 pm a lot of the time because of the hours that I work… And that speed bump to get in here is also a major turn off. You already have that annoying curb that you have to maneuver around as is and now that thing in the way. I really hope that you reconsider some of these changes for me and other people that used to come to this location all the time. I know that you guys aren’t hurting for business by any means but at the same time it doesn’t make sense in my mind why that any business owner would want less customers...
Read moreWow what a place! This was my first ever trip to a Chick-fil-a and I wish I had gone sooner. The food was so good. Even though the place was packed, not long after we sat down, our dinner was brought to us by this friendly person, who called us by name. The food was delicious, fast, and personal. I loved that I could order a wrap filled with yummy vegetables and get a juicy fruit cup as my side instead of fries and a frosty coffee instead of pop. The service was fast, personal and friendly. I felt like I was at a friend's house. Not only did they serve us our meal, but also cleared our table. No sooner had I picked up some trash, that a friendly person would come to the table and Ask me if they could take care of it for me. I was stunned by their joy in serving. It was at that moment that I was reminded that this was an openly Chistian business! It all clicked! I wish I had found them sooner. Too top of the refreshing service the place was impeccably clean, including the bathrooms... Yes even the men's. I know because when we first got there I was having such a bad day, that I didn't realize that I had walked into the men's restroom. I very quickly turned right around and went into lady's room. I just realized that I walked in on the verge of tears and walked out full of joy and love. Amazing! Anyway, they also have an indoor play area for the kids. Needless to say, but I will anyway, I can't wait to go back with the...
Read moreLet's see. Being a former customer service rep. I do take notice of the levels of customer service an establishment provides to it's customers. Even though chick-fill-a is known as a fast food restaurant chain. Chick-fill-a. Provides a person with a customer experience. It's quite unique and a pleasant surprise in comparison to other fast food chain. Not that other fast food chains are not polite to the customers they are serving. But, it's like chick-fil-a takes things a step above is what i'm getting at. When your at the drive thru. Sometime they have staff outside taking your order in comparison to the speakers. The staff is polite. addressing me as "Mr" And at the window it was a team effort to confirm the order was correct. Different crew members asked different questions verifying my order. So the drive thru in a sense felt like being at a sit down dinner. Moving on to the food. I get the chicken club sandwich. waffle fries and a drink. The nuggets in my experience have been tasty as well. Plus they do have different sauces. Recently, i have tried the Zesty Buffalo. which is a mixture of cayenne peppers and other spices. (information provided on...
