Wendy is a blessing and skillfully gifted. She is genuinely personable and made me feel comfortable before I even walked into my consultation. Her level of communication was excellent, with checking in and preparing me for the consultation. Once I arrived, she was very thorough in explaining the process and allowed me the opportunity to ask any questions or offer feedback. In today's business, that is a commodity, and a true sign of a guest-service-focused business.

As a child of the 80s and 90s, I've had the black, Revlon eyeliner, chola-drawn eyebrows. It takes me an hour to an hour and a half to draw them in today. When I was asked what I would like, I completely trusted her and let her do what she does very, very, very well. Every moment, from the mapping, to the outline, and to the actual process being done. (completely painless by the way) She constantly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and at ease.

She takes time to listen to what you want, explain the process and aftercare, make sure you're comfortable, and agree with the mapping of your brows to ensure you'll be happy with the outcome. Plus, she's sooooo gentle!! I went to sleep! LOL!! She's the absolute best! I told her that I initially looked at someone else first, but after seeing her work and her reviews, it was a no brainer.
