A real solid place to get a box stuffed with Chinese food at a good price. Came in for lunch and ordered a 3 item plate for just about $10. Obviously I’m not coming in here with super high expectations, but I do however give credit where its due. I’m always welcomed by the nice older lady who is always very enthusiastic and charming! Whenever some items are ready, it doesn’t take long for it to come out from the kitchen. As far as food quality and taste goes, I think it’s the best one in the area. But it isn’t any thing in particular that stands out, but everything offered is solid. If you’re deciding whether to go to HK express down the street or this place, I strongly suggest you go here as it can take a long time at HK for items to get ready. Also better in portions too.

I really like their chow mein. I order their shrimp fried rice. There is a lot more rice than shrimp but it's still good. Next time I'll get the chow mein with the shrimp. We have three combo specials. Each combo is lettered from A to C. The portions are very good. I will satisfied with how much food they give you for the price. I am a fan of their Beef Broccoli. The broccoli is always fresh with a crunch. The orange chicken is okay. I'm not really a fan of the savory chicken. It seems to too dry. The service is really good .They're very polite. I was really happy that they were open on Easter some of these places on holidays like this are never opened even the Chinese variety.

Went here for my birthday cuz Chinese is cheap. I was really disappointed. They "just ran out of cream cheese wontons" which is one of my favorites from Chinese food. I ordered teriyaki chicken and it has more skin and cartilage. And no red teriyaki chicken. The BBQ pork is one of my favorite as well and it was completely dry and burnt. Then the Orange chicken. Although it was crispy on outside and juicy on inside. It had very little flavor and not sweet at all. And beef broccoli had 4 pieces of beef and all broccoli. Granted I wasn't as mad cuz I love broccoli. It was a very bad experience. Will not be going here again.

Rising Savor is a bit of a love/hate relationship for me. Very very cheat reasonable eats at low low price. When I first started going to rising savor, I use to always order the 3 item combo. Believe me, every air molecule in the Styrofoam box is converted in to greasy Chinese food. I learned the hard way that too much of a good thing is very bad. My roommate use to say they don't call it Rising Savor for nothing, I will explain more later. Pretty much every dishes is decent quality, not spectacular, but remember this is Riverside. Top Ramen is better than most "chinese" food in Riverside. So for UCR students and smokers this is a much needed taste of Asian food. Some of the item I like to order are Teryaki Chicken (4 whole breast pieces counts as an item), BBQ pork (two large piece cut up), hot wings, beef broccoli, and mushroom chicken. It is arrange like a normal take out place with items laid out for you to choose. I recommend white rice just to cut back on the grease of the fried rice or noodles. Trust me you will thank me later. Now my 3 item days are over. WARNING DO NOT READ Further Consider yourself warned! I usually only get a 2 item to share or pick one item and stick to it. Rising Savor was my go to place and should receive 4 stars by most people, but now I will explain the "rising" part. Rising definition - Ascending, sloping upward, or advancing. I will describe this trying to be at least graphic as possible. When I was a kid I use to rate restaurants on how they taste and how they settle. In other words, my In-N-Out theory. Your food must be as satisfying IN as it is OUT. RS fails the out test. Like laxative or weight loss pills. I guarantee if you eat more than one item. You will receive twice as much OUTput for every INput. This results in an occasional...

The entrance was dirty, someone had been eating outside and left the bones of the chicken they were eating at the entrance. I told the girl serving, how dirty the entrance was and she did not make an effort to clean it. I wanted to eat there but three male workers from the kitchen did not acknowledge me when I ask them to clean my table. They started speaking Chinese and basically, that told to deal with it myself! They do not have a restroom! The girl motion next door they have one. I have to walk all the way to the end of block to a Mexican restaurant. I asked the girl there if I could use their restroom and she said "you have to buy something!" Because I really have to use the restroom, I paid $3.20 for a Medium Soda. I came back into the Chinese place, and the table still was not clean. I ordered my food and all the time I was asking myself: "Why did you come here?" Years ago, this place was the best in Riverside County. I wanted it to be the same and it wasn't. Half of the dinning room is packed with boxes so noone can use the restroom! Homeless people go there and make the place dirty, inside and out! I saw an employee coming from the outside to the counter and started dishing up food without washing his hands! I freaked out! I grabbed the rest of the food and left! The food it's not very good either. The place is dirty inside and out! They have an A letter that is to me questionable( from the Health Department?) We still have a PANDEMIC, these employees NOT WASHING THEIR HANDS, ARE PERPETUATING THE PANDEMIC AND THEY CAN EASILY START ANOTHER ONE!! DISGUSTING! "Enter at...

This is place is alright. The atmosphere if fine, the employees are just a bunch of college students. The girl who was getting our sodas started to pour tea instead of coke, we called her out and she not only fixed that but we saw her sneak in extra orange chicken into our orders. Very polite! We got there around six thirty, dinner time. Both our orders were the same- Noodles, with orange chicken, sweet and sour pork, and bbq pork. We had to wait for new more food because they ran out. My boyfriend's was awful, old and over done. The sweet and sour was like fired gristle and the bbq was tasted like dog. My plate was very good, nice and fresh, all the meats were juicy. Basically I got the fresh food and he got the leftovers. The place is a swing and a miss. I can see why people left all those good reviews. I don't recommend going there in the dinner rush crowd though, who knows what...
