Honestly I went there 3 time with my fiancee before I left a review, were looking for suit for a wedding not tuxedos, suits, we've gone looking for different color each time, as we're still trying to choose a color, today was our final color choice and absolutely no help, they didn't have my fiancee color, instead they kept on showing us color what they had, we would've appreciated it more after the 5th no by telling us they just didn't have that color instead of trying to literally change our minds on our color choice to fit what they had, next is the price, to rent a suit it 250+ dollar, if we only wanted the coat and pants it was 220, no sale, no budget, no special since we ha 8 grooms men nothing, for such a large store they seem to have literally nothing, we had a great experience at Friar Tux across the street, better deals, more flexible in color and if they don't have they can see if they can order it. I would never recommend men's wearhouse especially after 3 experience with 3 different sales people all the same experience, would give 0...

I visited this location for a rental and was assisted by a long-haired male associate. From the start, his attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. He failed to explain anything and responded to my questions with passive-aggressive remarks, as if I should already know the answers. His demeanor was so off-putting that I eventually asked if he was okay.

Customer service like this is unacceptable—especially at a place like Men’s Wearhouse, where people come for important life events. I ended up leaving and taking my business to the Brea location, where the experience was far more professional. I’d rather drive farther than deal with that kind of treatment again.
