The Children's Place — Local services in Riverside

This place is the worst! I went in 4 days after Christmas and it looked like a hurricane hit the store. It's usually pretty disorganized and disheveled but this was beyond words. I don't know if the customers are the culprits or if the mess should be blamed on the manager. The condition made it impossible to shop and I was turned off by the trash and piles of clothing on the floor, who wants to buy from a business that looks like this?? There are waaaaay too many clothes and racks squeezed into the small retail space, they definitely need to upgrade to a bigger space because it must be a fire hazard as you can barely walk through the aisles. The store usually always has a long line and only 1-3 people working. The manager needs to hire more workers to keep this store looking nice and service the customers at the same time. Up until now I have not written a review but this sent me over, especially when I walked next door to Gymboree and it was immaculate. No excuses!! This location needs a huge makeover, quick and I'm going to blame poor management/ownership on the items I've highlighted above. Wow so yesterday I went to go exchange a shirt at this children's place I had called before I went towards that way and the guy told me that most likely the shirt was there but he refused to get off the phone to check for me so I went anyways just to get there in the shirt was no longer available I was so surprised to see The way the store looked it was so messy it looked like black Friday had just happened tons of merchandise on the floor extremely dirty the fitting room was not accessible except for one but there was tons of boxes and clothes around by far the worst children's place I have ever been to and to see the customer service was not the greatest there was a few ladies in line ahead of me that were not too happy because there was no one at the register and could not find anyone .... this store is so messy I could not...

Shopped at this store Monday and it looked like bomb went off in there ! There was three employees working and none were nice nor helpful. Things were not signed with correct price . My sister asked to check the balance of a gift card and two employees just walked away without a word to her, then she wanted to purchase a dress that was place on the wrong priced rack (which has Multiple of same item), price difference was 3-6 dollars but the cashier didn’t offer anything for the poorly price racks nor the many, many, many things being placed at wrong places. I’ve never been a store that looks this bad! Even Goodwin has better merchandising than this location. I thought they might be going out of business. Will never return to this location.
