I had a wonderful experience at Anthropology! The customer service was exceptional, making my visit truly memorable. I went with my teenage daughter in search of a church dress, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about their inventory. They took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and brought us a wide range of dress options in different sizes. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they made sure we had everything we needed to make an informed decision. So I love Anthropologie, but the staff at this store is just the WORST. Never have I had such poor experiences, NEVER. From the first time I walked into this store to now, three horrible experiences, I really gave them a chance. Every time the staff was rude, unwelcoming, and flat out ignored me. Not once did they welcome me or stop me to ask if I was finding stuff okay. Not once did they bother to share current promotions. This might come as news to the staff, but you work in retail/service. Should we apologize for coming into the store? Because you really couldn’t have been more bothered. I also need to mention how even when I asked a question, I was met with a brief short answer and “anything else?” Thank you for acting better than me? How about actually be better?

Don’t waste your time or money here folks. This store needs better staff first. Hopefully they can figure it out before the store has to close it’s doors because nobody wants...

Loved my experience shopping here! The store is super well organized, clean and well-stocked. What really made the difference though was my experience with the associates! All of them were so friendly and helpful, especially Chris Thomas who immediately welcomed me into the store, listened to what I needed and was able to quickly get a sense of my style. She went above and beyond to figure out which pants came in the longer lengths I needed and even scoured the sale items for me. I loved that she took the time to help me put together cute outfits that look good on my body type. She was super attentive without ever being pushy.
